Samuel is the best! I would highly recommend going here for purchasing or for selling. It is clean and welcoming. Their prices are fair. The quality of the products they are offering is great. I had never been here before and called with a few questions. Samuel was so helpful and as helpful as he could be without having eyes on what I was trying to sell. I had a lot of things that I wanted to sell. He was extremely patient going through everything. After painstakingly getting the mountain of things I brought in priced, he gave me a good offer. They also offered to recycle a couple of remotes that I didn't want back, but they were not something they were interested in purchasing. I've been in twice now, and they've been just so absolutely amazing both times and the two times I called. Friendly, fair pricing, and great customer service! I don't know if it was the owners who were in there the first night I was there, but the woman I was talking to was awesome. She was so pleasant and fun to talk to while Samuel was putting in all the information to get me an offer. Everyone has been absolutely wonderful! I called on Monday and asked about a camera I was selling how much they would pay me. I talked to an individual who said $200. I drove there, and I talked to Simon he said that he is the manager. Black male with cunning and manipulative behavior. He asked for my ID and my personal information, and when I asked why his response was:They want to know! Then he spent some time playing with my driving lessons he held my camera very unsteady and seam novice in everything he was doing. He keeps westing my time. After about 45 minutes of none sense, he decided to offer me $150 for the camera worth $ 420, for a Jabra mike $ 118, he said he would give me $7. The person keeps pressuring me and manipulates me with frames like "Be nice!". Very unpleasant and unprofessional individual. After I said no, he kept pressuring me and pushing me to get my belongings for nothing. I did feel very uncomfortable and ugly. This person gives me a vibe of a crock on drugs or something. The manager said he's been working there for only a month. On the website it says that they buy almost any electronics Bluetooth speakers, pro audio equipment, laptops and several other things. Which I found to be completely false. They are super picky about laptops if they are not very recent they won't even look at them. They said that they will not take any Bluetooth speakers even if they are from this year. And will not take pro audio equipment at all. Computers they will only buy motherboards and only upgraded boards and said no accessories. From the reviews I read I was excited to go to this store but what a disappointment.
