A few weeks back, I walked into this location. I was literally starving and I didn't want to spurlge on junk food,,being that it was so close to dinner time. I ordered the burrito bowl and dined in as I waited for my Uber driver. This location is near the Mall in a drop off entrance. You can not park in front,,only drop offs and pick-ups are allowed. The employees are diverse..but most High School age and college aged. I love the burrito bowl and I have been dining on this this meal since 2011. By the time ,, I ordered and paid for my meal. There were about 5-7 people walking in as well to order. This location is smaller than the one in Hollywood CA on Vine Street. There is a location in Newbury Park,CA as well. I have enclosed some pictures of my experience.. I began to eat most of meal. Then I had to go to catch my ride. The bathrooms are clean as well. The staff was kind enough to give me a cup to drink some water. I do not drink sodas.. I most certainly would frequent this location in the future, especially if you are going to...
Read moreChipotle...you guys let me down today. I received an ad via text from you that it’s national avocado day, and that I can have free guac as an add on to my meal. I’ve paid extra for my guac every time I’ve eat’n my chicken burrito, so I was excited to get free guac for once. When I got to the register, I was told that it’s only valid online or through the app. The ad itself mentions online and the app, but it does not clarify of it only being an exclusive online offer. I asked staff if they could make an exception...”no”... was the response. Here’s the thing, I don’t care about the $2 or whatever it is extra for the guac, but if a paying customer comes in with this situation, it’s the principle of the matter that should be looked at. Make the customer happy. It should always be your priority. Train your staff to know how to respond in these moments. There are other restaurants that have this done...

He wasnt sure so he asked the manager, Jose, to come and help. He was so accomodating and kind. He i formed me all items are gluten free except the tortillas. He also asked if he would like me to replace the spoons and wash his hands and put on new gloves, which I did. Never have I met a more accomodating restaurant.
