Horrible service, our order was wrong and incomplete, both the manager and employer were rude, and would not fix our order. We ordered 2 combos, and got 1 side, and the charged us to get the extra side that they left out, and then charged us additional money for a tiny cup of ranch dressing, where every other Habit location will give it to you for free upon request. They just said "oh, sorry" I asked "if your sorry, why aren't you comping your mistake." I was told "its the rule to charge for everything" even when its their mistake I guess. So our food didnt come out together, and my wife's food and my burger got cold, while waiting for our other side. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT, OR ANY OTHER HABIT AGAIN!!! Watch out for "Ally", the shift manager especially, and make sure "Ryan" is awake and attentive, and not stoned out of his mind before placing your order, if its still worth it to you to eat here with over priced, low quality food, and huge additional charges for even a small side of ranch that should come with your order., that everyone other location happily gives you for free. 3 trips to the register to pay, each time asking for a minimum 15% tip.... What a joke!!! I don't want anyone to lose their job over this, but I want people to be aware of what's taking place, and use caution and diligence...
Read moreThey have 4 automated kiosks that do not take cash. I had cash, walked up to cash register where they take cash. They said someone will help me. I noticed the girl in front was making 5 strawberry shakes. She finished doing that and then proceeded to make 5 chocolate shakes. I asked before she started the chocolate shakes, if she could please take my order now. She had to ask the manager if she could, and then comes back to tell me she can't. It is her and the manager who hands out the food. Neither of them could take my order. It could have taken either one of them 2 minutes to put my order in and give my change and then they can go back to making shakes, or help the next person behind me... Nope. They didn't want to help me and would rather I just stand there waiting for nothing. I'm on my lunch break, I don't have time to wait around while you make ice cream. I used to come here all the time, but now they can't be bothered to take my order because I have cash. I can't be bothered to come back. So...

We ordered 2 Charburgers with cheese, a Santa Barbara Cobb salad with extra Blue Cheese dressing, A Chicken Caesar Salad with Ranch, 1 order of onion rings and a kids meal. When my wife got home there where 2 plain burgers (we have pics) and 2 salads with NO dressing that was ordered. This was completely unacceptable and for $46.05 I was disgusted!!! On top of this, my daughter and I got food poisoning and have been home from work and school for the past 36 hours. My wife went back to the restaurant last night and there was NO manager on duty and a young lady told her they are SORRY but not allowed to issue reverse transactions and we have to contact corporate and handed her a business card. I want my money back on my CC asap! This is unacceptable! This location has gone down in quality over the years and now reached a breaking point for me and my family.
