Decent food decent price, However, every time that I get the cilantro. It’s mixed with the cilantro from the day before or days before. Very old mixed with new cilantro to try to save money and that’s just the truth. Anyone with common sense would say this is gonna give me stomach problems. Bad issues. I’m not trying to leave a ill gotten or bad review. Many people have told me the same thing that it is given them stomach issues. You cannot mix cilantro that is Yellow and you can see the rotted stems. Mixed with brand new cilantro to save money. Bidenomics are OVER! Opportunist economies are over. Free handouts. I am so upset because the food isn’t that bad there. But however, something just as simple as having rotten cilantro is not cool. As well as some of your salsa that you do the same thing too. Please take this the right way. I’m not trying to put down Sharkys or say that you have a terrible restaurant. I’m just trying to state a fact. If you go to TOPPERS PIZZA in Thousand Oaks. And compare their cilantro with yours. There’s no comparison. And TOPPERS is a pizza place. Thank you very much and I hope you take this in the consideration. And I will change my review and your ratings of it. God...
Read moreI really actually DON'T want to write this review because social media is powerful stuff but I also don't feel like this deserves a complete pass either. Take it or leave it. In general I've been here more than ten times and to Sharkys locations all over.... It was a one time incident, I understand. In general I'm basically a Sharkys fan. However this one time I ordered the shrimp power plate with a double side of roasted vegetables. Of course... there was a dark hair cooked into to the flower part of a piece of cauliflower. To be fair.. I've worked in the restaurant industry myself for far too long and know that this stuff just happens and it's part of eating in a public place. What I'm actually disappointed about is how the "so called" manager dealt with it or didn't deal with it I guess.... I wasn't looking for anything exactly but I brought it to his attention just so he would know that his kitchen staff should be more careful. He offered to make me more vegetables (barf, NO.) and simply said sorry miss. Um... ok. I guess nothings wrong, but I guess I'm not interested in going back to that location. ever. I just feel like it was a $13 meal that I only...
Read moreI rarely care enough to write a detailed negative review, but corporate only 0.3 miles away should be ashamed. Some staff care about their job while others are too casual or in a rush. Was not impressed with the male Asst Mgr nor my cashier that took my order. Asst Mgr was too casual with employees and it showed in the overall vibe and service. Cashier (younger Latina) got my order wrong which required me to send the food back. My son's kids meal didn't include the churros. My wife's pineapple lemonade was not prepared correctly, but no one bothered to approach her at the table. The bathroom was dirty and a mess. I could overhear some staff not speaking to each other respectfully such as server-to-server or server-to-kitchen. Overall, I felt a lot of disrespect among employees at this location and the asst Mgr seemed oblivious. Other staff there were caring to the customers. All the interactions with the staff made me uneasy. I spent a lot of time fixing issues with our dinner instead of actually enjoying dinner. There was one older Latina that approached each customer with care and the runner that was friendly. I'd nominate the older Latina to be...
