Misrepresentation of Kebab

I recently had a disappointing experience with a kebab wrap that was a far cry from the authentic dish. Here are the key issues I encountered:

Poor Amount of Protein: The wrap contained a meager amount of meat, barely enough to justify calling it a kebab. Instead, it was stuffed with an excessive amount of lettuce, making it not worth the money.

Misleading Menu Pictures: The menu images were highly misleading, showing generous portions of meat that were nowhere to be found in the actual wrap. What I received had no resemblance to the pictures.

Crafted Like a Burrito: There are distinct differences between kebab wraps and burritos, and this place seems to have confused the two. The wrap was more like a burrito in its construction, which was disappointing. For a similar experience, you'd be better off going to Chipotle.

Overpriced: The price was unjustifiable. I paid nearly $80 for four wraps that were severely lacking in meat. This was a clear indication that you cannot effectively franchise kebabs without compromising on quality.

Inauthentic Style: The restaurant seemed to be a mix of Mexican and Mediterranean influences, but it failed to deliver genuine kebabs.

On a positive note, the staff was friendly, but that didn’t make up for the overall poor experience. Save your money and go elsewhere if you're craving an...

I recently visited this kebab shop, and it was such a great experience! My friend ordered the wrap, and I had a chance to try it—it was absolutely delicious. The meat was tender and flavorful, the wrap was fresh, and everything was perfectly balanced. It honestly exceeded my expectations!

On top of the amazing food, I noticed they’ve won a couple of awards, and I can definitely see why. The quality and care they put into their dishes really stand out. The service was friendly, and the overall vibe of the place was welcoming.

I’ll definitely be back to try more of their menu. Highly recommend if you’re looking for...

I got the fire wrap with chicken, the falafel, and fries. The falafel and fries were great because they were both fried incredibly well and had a great crispiness. The fries themselves, however, had no flavor. They just tasted like potato. They need some seasoning salt to make them pop. The fire wrap was tasty and had some good heat to it, but the chicken had no flavor. The wrap got all its flavor from the pickled onions, the saffron rice and a nice crunch from the lettuce. The chicken just tasted like chicken. This is overall a good restaurant I will go back to but all the food needs more seasoning.

The menu would benefit from having prices clearly listed, both in-store and online, to avoid confusion. For example, the beef-kamb carve wrap is listed as $12 online, but I was charged $17 in-store, bit pricey. It would also be really helpful if online ordering were available—it’s inconvenient not to have that option. The food overall has good flavor, but the carved meat was quite greasy. In my platter, the meat was cold and dry, with the fat overpowering the taste. With more consistency in preparation and better pricing and ordering transparency, the experience could be much smoother.
