My name is Billy gene me an my family went into McDonalds store on highway 82 and this nice gentleman the manager at night gave me an my family great service he went over an beyond great customer service skills.. he had a good an clean store even the parking lots was clean I noticed he talks to his employees with the most respect a person can give to someone…he made sure every customer had everything they needed I love coming to his store when he is there if I don’t see him I will leave am comeback until he is working all my friends say the same thing about him he never changes even with no help we all have our bad days you can tell when he is having a bad day but he keep up the good work even when he’s sweating trying to serve everyone with some customers being rude but we be patient for him because we know he is busy an doing his best…when we notice he have lack of help he still gives the good service!! that guy is just great we need more people in the world and work force just like him McDonald’s should feels good to have someone running their business like him.. we actually thought he was the general manager the way he carry hisself… we feel good going to whatever store he is at.. we notice he works at a lot of stores with the same great attitude.. my mother loves him so much she actually comes just for him…we talk about him at church also.. so I had to write this long story of how we love the night shift guy manager at McDonalds we asked him his name and told me it was Alonzo that guy is going to be greater then ever one day mark. Read moreMy wife son and I ordered from this location tonight . We order a Big Mac 10 piece and quarter pounder all combos all large two cokes one Dr Pepper. Ordering was a task since the girl behind the mic was preoccupied with her phone . After receiving or meals we pull away to find not only was there no sauce for nuggets but no nuggets and a sandwich we didn’t order so I pull to the drive thru again to inform them only to be told I would have to wait in line again for the order to be corrected. I asked why I needed to wait in line when they could just bring it out to me and she said she didn’t know what to tell me ( very rude ) so now my other food is getting cold and we also figured out our drinks were wrong also . After pulling to pay window the cashier looked at us and walked away . So I pull to next window and asked to return all food and drinks and get my card reimbursed. The manager came and told me to pull up front and give her the receipt. Then she comes out wanting my card which I don’t like doing not being able to see what she is doing with my card . She returns with my card and receipt and I ask when will the money be returned since I was watching my checking account on my phone the food had already been paid for by debt. She then began to yell at me that she could not give cash back and it would show up on my card with in 3 days . I asked why since it was already debited from my card and I was not asking for cash back she said that’s how it works. And by the way she was also the one putting orders in the bags for the girl at the pick up window . These employees and manager were very rude and obviously had better things to do than wait on there customers. I live in Tifton and I will never visit this location again ever . Read moreWe came through and waited 31 minutes in the drive through for 2 $3 bundle double cheeseburger meals. We customized 1 with only ketchup and mustard 1with only light mayo and pickle. The lady repeated it back to us fine but when we got the order both burgers were wrong. 1 had ketchup mustard onions and pickle and the other had so much mayo dripping off it you couldn't even see what else it had on it. Because the lobby doors were locked we had to wait 20 more mins to get back through the drive through and finally got back to the window. The manager came after we waited 10 mins at the window and repeatedly blew our horn to try and let someone know we were there as well as me calling the place and no one answering the phone. She cut my husband off when he was trying to tell her what was wrong and demanded the receipt. She left the 2 sandwiches in the bag with us. She came back about 5 mins later and demanded the old burgers back so my husband gave her the bag and she went in the back for a few mins before she brought our food back to us. We drove around the building and checked them.. They were cold and still wrong 1 had mayo and ketchup with pickles and the other looked like whatever was on it had been scrapped off.. Needless to say at this point we just threw them in the trash bc I had to get back home to my elderly mother. I ended up having to cook that night.. Thanks McDonald's...
