I went in on June 24 to get my diploma framed. I was told it would take 2 weeks. I left and waited. 2 weeks later, I got a phone call (yay!.. my stuff is ready!!.. right?.. WRONG).. They called to tell me that the fillet for my frame is backordered and so they can't put my frame together. She asked if she could use another matte similar to the color of my fillet. (UM NO) I told her no, I would have to look at it in person and verify that I like the frame. We hung up. She called back that day and said that she was told they would be able to order the fillet after all and that it would take 2 weeks.. (again). I said fine. And I waited... again... Here we are.. July 22 - 2 weeks later (total of 4 weeks later).. and I called to find out what is going on with my frame. The person I spoke with at the frame shop was nice and friendly, but could not offer me any details about my order, because she is new. She said that she couldn't find the fillet to fill my order today. (SURPRISE.. still not there). She said that someone would be in to work in the morning that could call me and tell me what's going on with my order. The manager of the frame shop is out on vacation, and the manager of the store would also tell me the same thing the new girl is telling me. (Which is to wait until someone is there in the morning, or until the other manager is back from vacation). So.. all of this has been a HUGE disappointment. If the frames/fillets/mattes are on backorder, you should notify your customer IMMEDIATELY.. NOT at the deadline. I am just extremely disappointed and overwhelmed. I have been anxiously waiting for my diploma to be framed, and this whole process has been terrible. I will never again get anything framed at Hobby Lobby. And if they tell me it will take another 2 weeks, I am pulling my diploma to be framed by a professional who ACTUALLY will do what they say. Do better,...
Read moreWhile shopping today at our local store, I selected items that were clearly marked 50% off. During checkout the cashier informed me that these items were in fact NOT on sale. A manager was called over who agreed that the items were items were hung in the correct spot, and would verify the sale price. When she returned after speaking with another manager I was told that these items will never be on sale regardless of advertising posted. I left all items at the register and purchased nothing. I sent an email to corporate headquarters and was told. Sorry, this is retail......

Read moreWell I went to hobby lobby in tifton ga today. They had a display full of wood decor. In among the wood decor there was 2 other material signs. 2 among 20 plus signs. These were posted 50 percent off. OK except for these 2 items. Again there was 2 that wasn't 50 percent off among the 20 plus items. These 2 items didn't need to be with these if they weren't in the sale. So the Manger said to come back in a couple weeks and they would be on sale for 50 percent off. Really are they going to have 2 items in a whole display for 50 percent off and not the other 20 plus items. Very disappointed in hobby...
