McDonald's — Restaurant in Tillamook

Was in a hurry on lunch break went in to place order kid behind counter is trying to help get mc flurys out to drive threw while the shift manger is deciding to swap positions with his worker on the fryer all while im standing at the counter being ignored. I desided to use the self check kiosks to order just 3 items while I am doing this 3 other parties walk in and begin to order from the kid behind the counter. I finish making my order at the kiosks but because I only had cash I had to wait in line behind these three other parties. When I got up to the front finally to pay I asked if my food was already being made since I already placed my order at the kiosks before everyone else was even here they told me no I'd have to wait till the got threw everyone else's order before they got to mine since I hadn't paid yet. This establishment is poorly run the worker at the front counter should of been more attentive to his front counter instead of helping the line at the window. They lost a customer today and I wont be back anytime soon to this micky d's, but bk right up the road...

This McDonald's is without a doubt one of my tops nationwide. The staff are ALL gold star worthy in their greetings, service with a smile, well groomed, offering assistance and fast. The managers I have met (Deja, et al) are awesome, the interaction between employees and managers is refreshing, i hear laughter and a lot of appreciation between them, that speaks volumes. Cleanliness=spot on, or i should say SpotLESS. The parking lot is clean, the entry doors are always being cleaned, and the foyer, beverage station, dining area trash receptacles, floors AND rest rooms are very well tended to, everyone is as important as the next to keep a well-oiled machine operating smoothly. It's a sweet family here in my home away from home, I'll miss these folks when i head out next week. Marcus, Travis and many others, you've seen me sitting in the dining area and you are all appreciated and conversant about helpful area topics and must see places for tourists like myself. First off, the boy at the food window was exceptionally nice so I want to say that first and foremost because I truly value good customer service. However, this was the most expensive and least worth it McDonalds I've ever been to. We were charged for the drinks in my kids happy meals, I ordered my burgers with Mac sauce (which we get charged for) and it was still a super dry burger. The toppings were bleak and I know it wasnt freshly made because the cheese was hard. 3 happy meals & a BOGO daily double- $30. Wow. We were even charged $4.50 for using a debit card. They didn't put the sauce in my sons nuggets so that was fun for me down the road. All these things I could have dealt with, BUT then I called to ask them about their crazy pricing & to let them know our food wasn't satisfactory and typically McDonald's is so great about trying to make customers happy because...
