I was super excited to visit Baltimore coffee because it's been quite a long time. I happened to be in the area for a doctor's appointment, so I stopped in for some caffeine for the road. When you first walk in there's a lot of merchandise on the left and the right. I started looking at the merchandise on the right side of the store and put picked up three or four items and they didn't have a price. There was also no label on the shelf. I was not about to take that many items up to the front to get a price so I moved on to the island which was on the left side of the entrance. I started looking at items on the island including a candy bar, and a box of I believe it was "back porch" tea and some other coffee products and coffee accessories. Again, none of them had prices. At that point I inquired asking if I was missing something. I was informed by the manager that the prices had recently been removed and not replaced yet because the person who does that is on vacation. The manager was very kind. I had asked him for the price of a few things, and then I let him get back to work. It was frustrating to me that so much didn't have a price and I did not want to bother the employees by asking the price of everything due to my smaller budget. I ended up leaving with a hot creme brulee latte and a blueberry pastry. The creme brulee latte was fantastic. The pastry was mediocre and did not taste fresh. The price didn't align with the quality. Overall they have an absolutely incredible and fantastic selection of teas and coffees to choose from and I do highly recommend that you go there if you are in the area for that type of thing.    Read moreI have been to now three of the BCT locations, and I cannot deny that their coffee and food is good, but the Timonium visit today was upsetting. The store was busy, and I expect delays but as I was giving my order a young man who was still very new was having a challenging time taking my order. His service is not what I am upset at though.
As I was waiting for my second drink, I had to follow up on it with, what appeared to be the supervisor, and without so much as an apology he said that he would have to charge me for it (again, not bad, but an apology would have been nice). As the supervisor handed me the drink, I told him, â[that] I am not happy with the service.â Again with no apology he asked me to a side location to explain to me all of the issues this shift was having: the young man who served me was new to the country and did not speak English very well (not a great choice to work the counter on busy days), they were very busy, and there was an apparent fire that occurred prior to my visit. He interrupted me twice as I was trying to explain my complaint, and then apologized that I didnât know about their apparent fire.
Instead of being talked down to by this person I asked for the card of the manager and the young person stated that they were the store manager, Sunny.
Sunny, had you been more polite and apologetic at the fumbled orders, and had not passed on the disagreeable experience as my fault, then I would not be writing this review.
I will continue to go to other locations, but I highly recommend that people avoid this location...

We have a nice espresso machine at our house and love to order the whole bean Milano Blend Espresso which tastes so smooth and amazing. Iâve been ordering from here for years and have never had a problem. We recently moved and my order which usually comes within 2 days hadn't come so when I reached out about a week later, I found out that it had been delivered to my old address rather than my new one. When I emailed to check on my order, Pamela got right back to me in a timely fashion. She let me know that she was going to reach out to the owner of the company to tell him what happened and would call me back the next day to let me know what the next step was. I was absolutely SHOCKED when she called back to let me know that someone would be HAND DELIVERING beans to my house that evening. What??!!??!? I told her that was NOT necessary but she insisted. That evening, just as she said, Sharon showed up with a box of fresh beans. Wow!
