Beef 'O' Brady's — Restaurant in Titusville

Well it saddens me to say this, as I have been a regular for many many years but tonight was my last time ever having Beef O’Bradys (atleast in Titusville) . I always recommend beef’s to everyone whether out of towners or just somewhere to go eat, well over the years the meals have become more expensive with less portions, tonight I spent a ridiculous amount of money for 2 meals (an adult and a child), the wings were dry as if the owner or manager (idk who’s in charge) has told the cooks to be stingy with the sauce, 3 of my wings weren’t even cooked completely; 2 of them had no sauce at all, the fries tasted & felt like they were reheated; Yes the food was cold but that’s because I chose to pick up (this is not on the business for that, however fries even when cold if cooked to order should not taste old after 20 minutes) I also had mushy celery which indicates it’s also old & overall it was just down right trash can.

My sons Grilled cheese bread was stale (not crunchy as should be) for the price they are charging (it has been increasing since Trump was in office while the meals were getting smaller so you can’t blame this new America) the portions are tiny. I have quit going weekly because of this, as well as the 50/50 chance of getting a flat beer off the tap. I did not call in to get my order replaced as I live 15 minutes away & honestly wouldn’t even want to replace the food.

I gave 3 stars instead of 1 because the whole staff from hostess to waitresses to bartenders are amazing, & it saddens me to have to say this about a place I’ve been going to for atleast 10 years but unfortunately either the manager or owner (whoever is in charge) has ruined the once great Beef O’Bradys . I no longer recommend...

FIRST AND LAST TIME My wife son and I went to Beef o Brady’s in Titusville Fl. for the first time today. It started out good waitress was friendly & fast. We ordered the 2 for $20 a kids meal for our son and another appetizer. Food came it was fine. Then she brought the bill first thing we noticed was she charged us for our sons soda that should of been included in his kids meal. We also noticed the appetizer we ordered with our 2 for $20 was on the bill as well. We asked her why she said the computer automatically puts the cheaper appetizer on the 2 for $20 we asked her to change it since we ordered the appetizer with our 2 for $20 and take off the soda. There was a $4 difference in the appetizers. She comes back with the bill the manager only took $3 off so she handed us $1 from her tips( very insulting) it wasn’t about the $ it was the fact the bill was incorrect. We pay for the bill then realize they had BOTH appetizers on the bill so the bill is still incorrect. We ask to speak to a manager. He comes over we explain the situation. He says he didn’t want to reverse the charges because it could take up to 3 days to have it reversed we didn’t care if it took 3 days (again not about the $) The he handed us a coupon for 6 wings for the difference!! I said it’s not about the $ it’s the fact that we asked it to be fixed 3 times and it was still wrong. Needless to say we were upset I tipped the lady very well because she treated us like we were a charity case. I even over heard her talking to her co workers about us. Very unprofessional. My wife and I both work in the service industry and would NEVER treat anyone that way. The situation was never properly resolved so we will not...

We ate here for the first time and wasn't sure what to expect but it was a good one with some caveats.

First the meh: the wait staff were definitely working hard but seemed scattered and lost half the time. It took an inordinate amount of time to find a pen so I could sign the receipt.

We ordered Surf & Turf and the "steak" looked like something a dog dropped on the plate, and the onions & mushrooms looked like that same dog yakked on top of it. At least it didn't taste as bad.

Fajitas were ordered and brought to the table on the standard screaming hot plates and splattered the table and my drink with hot grease, so that's something I'll never order again. The steak was good but the chicken was severely overdone and was like eating cardboard.

The wait staff was attentive and helpful but never asked if I wanted a refill. They made my son happy when they sang happy birthday to him, but maybe wait until after he's eaten the entree before throwing a dessert in his face.

Now, the good: The Steak Loaded Nachos made it in my Top 5 things I've ever eaten. It was wonderful, well loaded and delicious. I will definitely eat these again in the future. Their OMG burger was perfectly cooked and was presented perfectly.

It seems their cooks haven't been well trained on cuts of meat for upsale meals, or it may be by design to make an extra buck. I won't judge without knowing all the facts but my impression is that maybe they should cut all the fancy stuff from their menu and do what they clearly excel at: appetizers and cheeseburgers.
