Very inconsiderate of their customer’s time. Spend your time and money elsewhere. My husband and I ordered 3 pizzas online and arrived to pick up the order at the time indicated on the confirmation. We were very understanding when the cashier indicated to wait a few minutes because the kitchen was boxing up the order. We sat down and checked back 15 minutes later and were told it would be about another 8 minutes because the kitchen was backed up. It seemed odd because they had told us when we arrived that they were boxing up the order. We waited another 10 minutes and inquired again and the cashier told us that the kitchen was ignoring her so she had no idea what was going on.

My husband shouted to the kitchen asking when the order would be ready. No response. We asked to see the manager and she was indignant that we would be aggravated with their unprofessionalism. She handed us the pizzas, made some rude comments to us and as we were leaving and while we were walking out the door made some ridiculous threats to have us removed from the store if we didn’t leave. We had already actually walked through the door so I’m not sure if she was trying to deflect from their poor service and lack of consideration but really that isn’t what anyone needs or wants when they order a couple of pizzas.

Went the day before Easter. The food is good but it's far from being a family friendly environment. The staff is loud and obnoxious. Especially by the front desk. With the open kitchen, the cooks were yelling to servers out in the dining area. They weren't yelling out orders, but comments and joking around. One sever that just finished her shift was openly complaining by the front desk about an "f'ing $6 charge" she received for an overdraft at her bank or something of that sort. Not more than 10 minutes later one of the cooks used the same profanities describing a slow Saturday evening. Clearly the staff needs some training on professionalism. I felt like I was dining at a fast food restaurant run by obnoxious teens that had no filter. The place wasn't that busy and a lot of staff were standing around. They should have used that energy to clean the place which was filthy. Napkins, food, straw wrappers, etc. were all over the floor. Our server came to our table a total of 3 times. I got tired of waiting for her to come to get our bill so I went to the front desk. I assume the manager was standing there and I made it known what was going on. Following a full day at softball camp, tired, and hungry, we searched the area for an eat-in restaurant. Pure happenstance led us to this little gem of a pizza joint. Nostalgic atmosphere but top notch service from all. The wait staff was attentive, friendly, and at the top of their game. We ordered mozzarella sticks, and the dipping sauce was perfectly chunky and flavorful. We had a large pepperoni pizza; the crust was perfectly crispy yet soft. The marinara sauce wasn't acidic. It was a perfect amout evenly spread pver the dough. The cheese was definitely cheesing. Our daughter, who rarely eats much, had FOUR pieces. Our other daughter had the Kelsey burger. She raved over each bite. Then the waitress said, "Can I get you anything? Mayo or honey mustard?" I thought our daughter would hug the waitress. Apparently, that took the meal to the next level. She can't eat anything without honey mustard. She said, "This is homemade. It's gotta be because it's perfect." We've never heard her go on and on about a meal, especially between each bite. She even said she could kiss the chef. She shared her fries, and both of our girls said, "Best ever, they should give a take-home box of just fries." 10 out of 10 rating from this...
