This location REALLY needs a new manager as the employees are consistently rude, mistakes on the order are common and the order board on the drive thru hasn't worked in ages.
It's not a Titusville thing either as the McDonalds next door is always friendly and professional.
We love Wendy's food and really wish this location less than a mile from our home would get their act together.
7/14/17 edit: Took a chance and ordered here the other day, 2 out of the 3 burgers were actually burnt. Just when you think it couldn't get any worse. The order board is still non-functional so good luck getting your order correct.
3/5/18 edit: Order board is still broken. Even when busy I find they don't have the 1st drive thru window open to take money. Still not very organized as you can hear the verbal chaos going on while dining, but the foods been fine lately. Upgrading to 2 stars. Not like you'd go out of your way to find this Wendy's but don't look for the sign as it's still not fixed after the hurricanes last season.
6/12/18 edit: Order board is still broken, but they did finally get the sign repaired. Went their a couple of weeks ago when it was raining and one of their employees was standing right next to the front door smoking one of those little cigars, the sicking sweet smell was wafting over to our car in the drive though. They had their ear buds on and were ghetto dancing to what I can only assume is rap music. Truly unprofessional. Though this same employee was the first person I can remember to say thank you for choosing Wendys in a recent visit! go figure. Fire the manager already! Perhaps a new manager will figure out other places to hire than the homeless shelter in the bad part of town.
7/1 - The order board needs to be fixed! Ordered 3 junior bacon cheeseburgers and a plain baconator. Got to the window, the baconator was NOT plain. So I decide to keep that one and order another one plain. Guess what I get home and the second baconator was NOT plain! About two months ago, I got in contact with the regional manager for Wendys and nothing has changed. Owner doesn't care, Wendys doesn't care. Avoid at all costs!

Read moreWorst Service !!! Everyone seem preoccupied and not fully engaged in their jobs. The untidy heavy set gentleman who was not wearing any uniform was wearing a mask that was not covering his mouth or his nose, but did do an excellent job covering his chin. He was heard several times by the drive thru window calling the woman working there by unprofessional names. The order was placed with special instructions asked for no chicken due to allergies. The young girl at the woman asked for the salad to be remade due to it coming out with the chicken in the salad. The heavy set man was heard saying just take the chicken off. So instead, we got the same salad with the chicken scooped out and placed in another container. Although we mentioned 2x that my wife was allergic. When we received the order we did not receive the French fries either that we ordered as well. At this point, we had to go into the facility where another employee shouted angry costumer as I walked in although we made no loud remarks etc. My wife at the point just asked for the money back for the salad and fries that was not received. Read moreWow. Not in a good way. So 1st off trail of garbage juice all over the dinning room. Second placed an order at 3:20 and got food at 3:48. That's me second in line (inside) with only 2 sandwiches and a fry. I finally found a manager who had them start my order cause they didn't know what happened. But here is what happened... Laquala took our order we sat near pickup waiting for a few. I checked the counter a few times to see if done. Laquala was fighting with a customer on what was in her bag and why it wasn't her fault. She continued blaming other employees till she just thew a bunch of sandwiches in and said here take em all. Not to mention random sandwiches on the counter, fry station and chili station. No wonder you can't get orders right you randomly set things everywhere and then say you never got it. The person behind us didn't even have their order taken for about 10 minutes while all this ensued. Train this girl on all the stations and customer service or move on. She is not currently an asset.
