Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Toccoa

We have ordered from Domino's for more than 40 50 years. So if we ordered once a month, that's a lot of pizza. But this time, in Toccoa, Georgia, we placed an order and one of the things that was in our order was garlic knots. But they sent us the cinnamon twist and so I called them and I said look you know we wanted the garlic knots and not the cinnamon twist and they said well do you want us to bring you garlic knots I said of course that's what I ordered okay then but you'll have to give us back the cinnamon twist yep that's what they said okay then but you'll have to give us back the cinnamon twists! Now most restaurants or pizza places or any place that you order from Chinese places whatever, if they make a mistake they forfeit the mistake that they made, because they're just going to have to throw it away. Now I know that times are tough and everything like that but I think a package of $6.99 cinnamon twist could have been gifted from this silly restaurant... which of course I will do my best to NEVER, ever have to order from again. In my opinion they get zero Stars. Not the best...

Okay , I ordered an online curbside pickup as I have two small children and didn’t want to get them out of the vehicle. I checked in that I was there . And patiently waited . No one came . So I called the store . And was very rudely spoken to . Again I was still polite because I understand they were busy . BUT THE ICING ON THE CAKE . When the worker brought my pizza out , I stated online to place it on the passenger side . I expected her to I guess place it inside . No that was not the case as all . I had to reach over to open the door , which is no problem but I’m 34 weeks pregnant so it look a little minute to be able to reach over . But she then proceeded to not only not even speak , but roll her eyes and SLAM my car door. I had two small children in the car . That was uncalled for and very unprofessional. Always a 5 star experience in person until tonight. I placed a delivery order and ended up with someone else's delivery order at first. I have that person's name and address and their order on the receipt I received. I called the store and someone with a master's degree in rudeness answered and basically argued with me telling me I was wrong even though I had the person's receipt like I stated. They told me two orders came to my business, which is incorrect because only one order was placed at my job and it was mine. I was hung up on when trying to explain this. So if your name is Isabella and ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and a Pepsi, I'm sorry but I received your order and I'm sure they refused to correct it for you. I did receive my pizza but for them to fight with me instead of letting me explain is uncalled for. Last time...
