Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Toccoa

Of all the Zaxbys around me that I've been to (and even out of state), this is my favorite one. I'm a regular here and pretty sure the employees can recognize me instantly. It seems like they prepare their food the best somehow and I just dont understand it. I did have a problem here once, I ordered food once and they somehow forgot the order I waited for over 40 minutes untill I went up and asked what happened. They had lost the order somehow and as you'd expect I was kind of disappointed inside. However the manager was super kind he compensated me perfectly for the inconvenience and I wish I would of caught his name (I'll update this when I confirm his name)! They surely do go beyond to make sure you're happy and these people aren't robots so mistakes can happen at times but an excellent place like this always makes sure to make up for it! I love NO seasoning on my fries EVERY time I come here now! Then on top of that my usual.. the loaded fries is cold everytime! Cheese is never melted and it’s always stuck together at the bottom. Hardly ever looks appetizing anymore. 😁👏 Ever since they received new management and kitchen staff the place has gone down hill with their food and friendly service. On top of that the tables and chairs are normally filthy with crumbs from previous customers. 👎 My family and I will not be returning until something is done about this. SEASON. YOUR. FRIES. ZAXBYS. We got out food 11:45 thinking it would be fresh and the fries were cold and tasted like they had been sitting in a box for an hour. Took the food back in before I even pulled out of the parking lot and told the cashier my problem. He was very nice and told the girl preparing the food that I asked for fresh fries. She however didn't seem too pleased with my request. While I was pouring out my Cherry Fanta because it had absolutely no carbonation, the guy brought my fries to me. He asked if I wanted to taste them before I left and I opened them and felt one. Told him it was good because they were at least warm and left.
