Cinco De Mayo Mexican Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Toledo

Probably the first time I’ve ever wanted to review a Mexican restaurant! Went on a weekday afternoon, not too busy but the service was excellent and attentive. I got the quesabirria tacos, and while I prefer less cheese on food in general, the birria meat was outstanding! The chips and salsa were perfect, just enough spice to be present but not overwhelming or too hot. Prices were reasonable, atmosphere was fun and the waiters were present and friendly. The food came out super fast, and everything was fresh tasting (haven’t had such good beans and rice in a while)! This place is amazing!! I've never felt so cared for in a restaurant honestly besides the one it Rossford which I found out during my visit today is owned by the same people. The bartender (didn't get his name) was amazing! I'm a single man so the bar works best even though I didn't drink. If I could rate higher I would. One of the best experiences I had in a long time. And I had some bad news today so came in sad, but left happy and feeling better about my day. I ordered the fajita tower btw and was in around 9:10 p.m. the bartender needs a raise. Asked for a booth, and then they sat us at a table. The atmosphere and live music was nice. Ordered a pepsi and it tasted very watered down. The salsa also tasted very watery and lacking in flavor and spice. They gave us the wrong tables queso and almost gave us the wrong food too. Our food came out pretty quick. I ordered 2 chicken chimichanga combo. The chicken chimis were okay, not a fan of the seasoning they chose, it tasted kind of like clove or star of anise to me.
