If I could give a zero I would. I ordered delivery 2 pies, wings and breadsticks. Order got there late wings and bread food. Pizza one undercooked pizza two was an empty box like not even a grease stain just empty. So I call and they say well you have to bring the order back up to prove it. I asked can I just send you a picture please hold called the GM and yep have to bring it up. I ordered delivery to not have to drive to the store. Then I get there staff rude saying over and over well he’s perfect. Like you sent out an empty box and it my fault other customers behind me couldn’t believe it or how I was treated. Now they did refund the order because I wasn’t going to sit and wait for them to remake it. Terrible customer service, and could have gone so much better. Pizza Hut has been one of the best pizzas in the country, and they still are. My rating us due to their suicidal partnership with DoorDash. Yes, they are no longer delivering themselves. Pizza used to get to you faster than you would have thought. Now it's slow and just about burgeoning on cold! And the cost! I'm used to paying about $25 for a pizza and chocolate chip cookie. This is one of the worst experiences I've had at Pizza Hut, I lived in Wauseon for a few years never had any problems, I have ordered from this store twice and the order last night was wrong on several items. 1st- I ordered 8 diet Pepsi only received 4 was told that the other 4 was going to be taken off my bill, did not receive the crust topping and was missing a item on a 3 item pizza, did not receive all of the dips that I ordered.
