I called this location at 9pm to see if they were open 24 hours ( since every other location in Toledo closes early 7:30p -10p) also wanted to make sure when I got off work at 2am I would be able to get a waffle breakfast sandwich, the person I spoke to at this location along with the employee at the location by my house (dorr/Reynolds) told me that they serve breakfast all day!! I get off work at 2am, drive 20 minutes to Glendale for the girl that’s working tonight to tell me they don’t serve breakfast until 4am!! I felt like she just didn’t want to do her job because we interrupted her smoke break!! We sat at the drive thru long enough for her to smoke the entire cigarette before she even acknowledged us in the drive thru to tell us she can’t help us until 4am!! Wow she ruined Tim Hortons for me, I’ll NEVER go back to the one Glendale and the fact that the rest of them close early, some at 7:30p 9p and 10p I guess I have to try...

We go every Friday.. Or use to. I previously worked at a Tim Horton's, and let me tell you this is not a hard job. The first incident I found a hair in my oatmeal.. I was put off but decided to go back. Things happen. But don't mess with my coffee. I love their new dark roast, and specifically ask for it, double cream and sugar, stirred. One, if not all, I can count on being wrong on any given day, at any given time. Today's visit consisted of having the girl repeat the order, and then again asked if the coffee was dark roast. When I arrived home, both of our coffees had caramel in it, and were the light roast. The salted caramel ice cap was a regular caramel ice cap. So what do I do? I called to let the manager know.
