it's a must go to! A Chick-fil-A a day is just what the doc ordered. Now, I have peculiar eating habits. One primary item every day, occasionally for stretches of time when I'm feeling exceptionally unwell and not hungry, I might not eat an actual meal, but graze on an oatmeal/honey bar early in morn, then another, middle of day, MAYBE a Nature Valley Almond Butter Fiber biscuit. I might do that a couple, sometimes three days in a row if I'm feeling very sickly, unhungry, etc... But, once I travel to a land that has a Chick-fil-A, which my poor hometown is at least 25 miles away from any CFA, so when I hit Toledo, Ann Arbor for a doc appt. it's a cluck stop for me, too! Maybe a treat with a small waffle fry or a wonderful peach shake, and possibly a traditional chick sandwich as I haven't eaten my primary meal of the day by the time i pass the CFA,- and then a sac for home, wrapped up tightly in their Aluminum or some other metal because it sparks right away) and a large plastic bag that is provided for larger orders and I'm set for at least a week.
The CFA classic, is my fave, although their nuggets are super yummy, too, made from entirely whole, select choice of tender, succulent chicken breast, lightly battered and friend. I suspect that it's signature crust has a secret ingredient such then quick fried - using powdered buttermilk or possibly something else in the light batter (sourdough flour?) - with ANY sauce choice delicious. A particular fave is the honey mustard, and then another, back-up standard, is the ranch.
Yet, CFA doesn't serve up any type of mid/low grade, sweat, chemically doused type of mock up of ranch dressing, CFA actually offers a near perfect traditional real ranch dressing, buttermilk included and tasting so very wonderful, just like back in the days when ranch dressing was made at home, using whole buttermilk and real mayo w/ that packet bought in the store produced by the national originators of Ranch Dressing back in the 1980's! Oh, and for those not feeling very saucy....CFA nuggets are as tasty as the sandwich, w/ the exception that they are missing those 2-3 pickle slices slipped atop each breast section before bun crown and heel are added when ordering the CFA...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chick-fil-A and I must say, they truly deserve a five-star rating! From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of outstanding.
Efficiency is a word that perfectly describes Chick-fil-A. Their Tulane Drive-thru is a well-oiled machine, ensuring that you receive your order in a jiffy. Even dining indoors, their attentive staff is always ready to cater to your needs. They prioritize the customer above all else, going above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. They won't even take your food from the table without being tipped, showcasing their genuine kindness.
Cleanliness is another aspect that sets Chick-fil-A apart. Their commitment to maintaining a spotless environment is truly commendable. Although I feel that the play area could be cleaned a little more, overall, the restaurant is impeccably clean, creating a pleasant and hygienic dining atmosphere.
Speaking of atmosphere, Chick-fil-A knows how to create a great environment. The inclusion of fresh flowers adds a lovely touch, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Whether you choose to dine indoors or utilize their efficient drive-thru, you can expect a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Now, let's talk about the star of the show – the chicken! Chick-fil-A's chicken is hands down top-notch. Their sandwiches and nuggets surpass the competition, including even the renowned KFC. The quality and taste of their chicken is simply unmatched, leaving you craving for more.
In conclusion, Chick-fil-A has truly mastered the art of delivering exceptional service and delicious food. Their efficiency, outstanding customer service, cleanliness, and mouthwatering chicken make them deserving of a five-star rating. I highly recommend Chick-fil-A to anyone seeking a remarkable...
Read moreThis Chick-fil-A, as well as the one on Secor, have the same owner, so you can expect very similar service, or lack thereof, at both locations. This is likely one of the dirtiest locations we've visited. The staff is pleasant, until you have any special requests.
My children have a very difficult time eating the hard green apples in the fruit cups. We always request substitution for another fruit. Both of these locations not only refuse to substitute, but are quite nasty about it. On our most recent, and certainly last, visit to this location, I was informed they would remove the apples but not offer a substitute.
Upon our arrival home, I opened the fruit to discover it only 1/3 full. I had no idea that apples accounted for 2/3 of their fruit. I realize it's a cheap filler but find it sad they would serve this. Chick-fil-A is certainly on the higher end of fast-food prices, yet the adage "you get what you pay for" does not ring true at these 2 locations. McDonald's has been more accommodating.
My son asked for CFA for dinner that night and this was the closest location, yet still 20 minutes from us. Next time, I will gladly keep driving to the location on Airport. It's always immaculately clean and the staff is the kindest I've ever encountered. They go above and beyond to truly acknowledge and care...
