I was trying to be smart and order pizza to be picked up on my way home from work. Little did I realize that I ordered from the wrong store. When I arrived at the Sylvania Ave. location, they said they couldn't find my order but would be happy to make it for me. As I stood there waiting, I watched the interaction of the employees and their manager/supervisor. She was very encouraging and helpful with the new hire. She double checked his work and gave him a 'good job' when he got it right. The team was working together to be a team and they seemed to have great leadership. I'm sorry I didn't get your name, but you seem to be very well liked by your staff and they seemed relaxed and at ease with you. I like going to this marco's because it's very close to us, I can do online ordering and have never had an order be wrong. The flavor of the food is always consistently good and the people working there are all generally friendly when you stop in. The only issue I have ever had there is it seems to make my wife and I both very gassy feeling. We don't load up our pizzas, just usually pepperoni, ham, mushrooms or pineapple and get some cheesy bread. Later on, we both seem to pay for it... not sure if it's just us or a common theme with others. We still go from time to time but have explored other pizza places in our area...
