Received the pictured poor quality food and didn’t receive my garlic sauce cup as usual. The owner or manager called me back following my website reported concern. He explained that, in the future, if I call the store, someone will come and pick up the pizza and replace it. However, this doesn’t address the wasted time or tip so I would have preferred the refund I asked for instead. Also, how can I trust that the second pizza will be a better quality? I don’t find wait another 45 minutes for a pizza that might be better as an acceptable answer.
As such, I just won’t waste any more money there. I appreciate that I was contacted but I’m thoroughly disappointed at the lack...
Read moreon 3/14/2015 we ordered 2 large pizzas ,cheese bread ,and cinnamon bread.....45 minutes latter they called and ask did i place an order...when questioned why it wasn't ready I was told it will be hot and fresh......When I placed the order I told them it was on my debit card......So 1 hr 15 minutes pass the guy finally shows up and demands cash!!!!I took the food back to the store and told them to shove it up their ass......This is just another typical poor excuse of a Toledo business.....Do not waste your time or money because the sure don't appreciate your business....Then manage was a total jerk and has no clue what customer service...
Read moreWe order delivery every now and then from here because it’s close by. Usually they deliver the food before the estimated time so we haven’t had too many issues. Tonight, they were almost 30 min later than the estimated time (so almost an hour since order was placed) so the food was barely warm and they forgot the sauce cup they charge almost a dollar for that I paid for. Almost every time we order and get an additional sauce, they forget it. I can understand being busy or understaffed or whatever the situation but when nothing is said and things are forgotten, it’s hard to want to come back...
