McDonald's — Restaurant in Toledo

3/21/25 New update. Ordered online for curbside pick up, she brings the order out and I said thats it oh I have to get the happy meal. I went through the bags missing a Big Mac and a Spicy Chicken sandwich she looked at me like I was stupid and I told her they are not in the bags along with 3 small fries. Small fries are at the bottomof the bag under the medium fries. Geez I said and there is very little in them had to move the medium fries just to see them. Fish sandwiches did not have extra tarter sauce she came out with the big mac and chicken and said ma'am you only ordered one big mac I said I know but its not in the bag then showed her the tartar sauce on the fish and she said oh they put it on the bottom to I lifed the sandwich none she just stood there I asked if she could get some for me as I waited another couple pulls up they screwed their order up also. The guy comes out his lady says then tell them to give my money back. I commented to the man they screwed you order up to he said yes The guy tells me they have attitudes bad attitudes treating you bad like that because they screwed up. They should not be there if they have that type of attitude Well again as everyone says don't waste your time and money there. Then I asked for my receipt she said thats it on the bag I said no thats your order slip I want my receipt she looked at me again like I was stupid I don't think she knows what a receipt is just by the look on her face. $52 later once again I screwed up going there. I even told her I was going to tip her. I gues she lost out on that $10 tip. Got home food was not hot fries were a bit warm not hot probably because I had to wait so long for the screw up they made. One good visit and now its back to terrible service. Back to the one on Laskey or Alexis if I go again. Should have ordered pizza from Dandino's it would have been better food and service.

2/28/25. Update I ordered on line for pick up. Order was perfect. Food was perfect. Everything was there. The young lady that brought my order out. EXCELLENT!!! I have not been to this McDonalds in quite a few years. Great Service Thank you.

Always missing something or half the order is not there . One time I waited 45 minutes This store has gone down hill the past few years management needs to get it together they need to make sure the customer gets what they pay for! Very poor service! 11/13/20 7:18 p.m. once again they forgot part of my order and earlier this week they forgot several items. First they hand me just a quarter Pounder and close the window I am sitting there she said thats all you had I told her my order she takes the bag back brings be two other bags I ask is everything here she said yes its all there. I get home call and tell them they forgot an item and asked what the problem was. She stated we renovated and have new staff they are just learning. I told her they have inconvienced my family way too many times. I asked for the manager she stated she was and I asked why is it all summer up until now you cannot get it right. She states well summer is long over I said no kidding so whats the excuse now. Told her I do not have time to come back everything they forget and she said I could pick it up another day. I said I was calling corporate And I have no idea why I am even writing another review because they do nothing to improve and corporate us the same way. I will never go back and corporate needs to get this store...

We come to McDonald's every morning everyday Monday through Sunday we get the same order we get a bacon egg and cheese bagel lightly toasted Bagel light on the breakfast sauce I get a steak bagel no onions no egg breakfast sauce on the side and I get a hash brown and I get a sausage McMuffin sausage cooked well and the muffin cook well. Well let me tell you all something first of all the steak Bagel either has onions on it sometimes or the bagel not toasted or the steak is old and it's horrible. The hash brown is always cold and then on the sausage McMuffin they never toasted muffin and they don't cook the sausage well done as well and this is a problem everyday. I have called and said something to the managers over and over and over again but apparently they don't get it or the people don't get it that make the food how hard is it to read a damn screen on a computer screen that says what a person orders I can understand if it's one or two days but everyday it's ridiculous. At first I wasn't getting upset but now I'm getting to the point that I am is because I work and I pay for it with my hard-earned money that I go to work for every day and I want McDonald's I wanted to correct way not all screwed up or things are missing and the messed up thing is that I'm allergic to onions and you guys constantly put onions on my steak Bagel. If somebody ask for no onions don't put onions on it. if you ask for a toasted McMuffin toast a b** it ain't that hard I don't recommend anybody going...

This location opened an hour and a half after the time they are supposed to open it literally opened at 7:30 a.m. and they're supposed to open at 6:00 they don't have iced coffee they don't have mocha flavor or pumpkin spice flavor as they advertise the representative did not know how to stop adding coffees to my order that I didn't ask for they tried to upcharge me an extreme amount a coffee and a meal for $11.38 but I drove around the corner and got a meal a coffee plus it was an iced mocha coffee and two extra hash browns for only hash browns are $1.50 each so at the first location it would have been almost $15 for all of that food so clearly their prices are jacked up just drive around the corner to Lewis and Alexis and go to that McDonald's because this one has horrible service they workers don't want to work and they don't have anything at all that a McDonald's should have this place needs to be shut down highly unprofessional and disrespectful staff that needs to...
