This McDonalds is terrible!!! My mom stopped in to grab us dinner last night because I was tired and didn't feel like cooking. I asked her to get me two double cheeseburgers and a fry. She ordered our food and came home to find one of my double cheeseburgers missing. When I opened the double cheeseburger they had given me it wasn't even on the bun. She ordered a fish sandwich, chicken nuggets and a fry. When she pulled out her fish sandwich there was so much grease in it looked like it had been soaking for hours. I got up this morning at 10:08 and headed over there to make it there before breakfast ended. When I got there I explained to the girl for almost ten minutes that I wanted 2 sausage egg and cheese bagels with the round egg substituted instead of the scrambled egg that they normally put on it with hash browns for each sandwich. I also asked them to add a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin meal to my order and a fountain drink. She didn't understand how to ring up the sausage egg and cheese bagel so I explained to her that the people running the register normally charge me for a steak egg and cheese bagel and substitute sausage. We got everything situated and she repeated the order back to me and said that she wanted to make sure she got it right which was understandable because it was busy and my order had some substitutions made to it. She printed out the receipt and apologized because you could read anything on the receipt. While waiting in line I heard 2 other customers complaining about this McDonalds constantly messing up their orders so I made sure to check mine. When I received my order everything look correct aside from the fact that I may have been charged for an extra hash brown and another drink. When I got home to open the bag again I started opening all my food and everything was incorrect. I received two sausage egg and cheese bagels with the round egg instead of the scrambled eggs right type of egg wrong sandwich and a Canadian bacon and egg white sandwich. All four of the hash browns were cooked the same way my moms fish filet was made . I didn't eat either of the sandwich's . I tried to call and speak to the manager to see about getting my food remade but the phone was off the hook. When I finally got through breakfast was over and I asked for a refund. She told me it wasn't there policy and stated that she would remake my food. I told her I didn't want to give them the opportunity to make me food again because they messed up too many times already.    Read moreFirst and foremost growing up I used to love McDonald's had two of my birthday is there when they used to have the train at certain McDonald's and other playground like areas. That was when I was three and six. With that being said now every McDonald's I go to in the city is infested with bums in the parking lot asking for money or trying to get a ride from you without you saying yes. Had one guy try to open the door on my mother while she was ordering. This was the South and Broadway location in Toledo Ohio. My mom was scared but she also asked me to please not hurt him because she didn't want me to get arrested. So I left him alone for my mother being there Now on to the food ever since the year 2000 it has gotten worse and worse the quality of the meat and the overall size of the patties. Seems like the ice cream machine or the frappuccino machine it's always broken no matter what time of day. And and now where's the wall the service the employees there I've only met maybe two or three nice and respectable employees and the rest are just disrespectful and I don't know if this is a new policy that McDonald's has but every time I pull up to the window to pick up my food I have to pull up to a third window now and wait for my food when there is no other car behind me.    Read moreI work at McDonaldâs, so I know how things usually go. We got ALL of our fries like this. I brought this to one of the managers attention (after a long while of employees literally looking at us and ignoring us) and she denied them being raw⌠do you really think fries are supposed to look like that? She told us she just changed the oil but if you did then the problem is the fact that fries were set down way too soon before the oil could heat up! And you can CLEARLY tell they arenât even cooked. If thatâs the case then you should say that to the customers and tell them that theyâll be waiting on fries, not serve them raw. However, she told us she would put them down in the oil again⌠nope, she set them right back down in the back and handed it to us the EXACT SAME WAY, SHE DIDNâT EVEN PUT IT IN THE OIL. She then tried to tell us that she âtested itâ to make sure they werenât raw like first of all what are your hands doing in a customerâs food? đ She made NO effort to fix the situation and honestly if thatâs how you handle things then you shouldnât be a manager at all.
