Customer service / appreciation, where? Not @ papa johns #628!!!!!! 11/12/2020 04:37 pm ordered 2 pizzas and a 2 liter pop from Papa johns @ 3231 dorr toledo ohio Store no# 628 05:33 pm called to check on pizza, it had not been delivered at this time. Spoke with nikki 05:36 pm pizza finally arrived at this time, watching the driver on our security cameras, walk from vehicle holding the pizza bag vertically where each pizza had slid into one blob of a mess on the left side of each box. I showed this to the driver, and she apologize repeatedly and said she would be bringing back 2 freshly made pizzas. 05:39 pm called papa johns to make them aware of the issue and nikki stated that the driver will be delivering replacement pizza’s in 35 minutes. I asked how this inconvenience was going to be rectified? I was told that they could either refund or offer a free order. come to find out, what they meant was that they would remake the pizza’s that were damaged by their driver and already paid for ($44.69). This was their solution; they remade the pizza’s that were damage by their driver for free and that was their customer service resolution. NONE!!!!! 06:34 pm replacement pizza’s finally arrived, 06:36 pm I called to speak to a store manager, (john) and he repeated what nikki told me, that their resolution for their driver ruining my already paid for product was they would remake it for free. CALLED BACK ON 11/17/2020 @ 03:30 PM AND WAS TOLD THAT THE 48 HR CONTACT TIME WILL RESTART BECAUSE NO ONE FROM THE STORE HAD CONTACTED ME AT THAT TIME. SO NOW APPARENTLY EITHER THE OWNER OF THAT LOCATION OR SOMEONE FROM CORPORATE IS SUPPOSED TO CONTACT ME. Still haven't heard anything from the corporate office since they told me they would be contacting me to discuss the piss poor customer service received from their store #628. The food sucks to begin with being only a minor step up from little caesars and add to that the worst costumer service you can imagine and there you have the Papa Johns on Dorr St. My boyfriend suffers a chronic illness where he can't eat pizza sauce and so we requested a pizza with half ranch sauce instead of the usual pizza sauce. They of course rudely turned us down and you could tell they just didn't want to be bothered with it. Seems funny that every other place around here will do it for us even though it's "against the rules" at those places too. This business is the worst of the worst and I hope the employees really enjoyed making the black olive, onion, and banana pepper pizza with the breadsticks that night that I obviously didn't pick up. This time we placed an order, and once it was confirmed it popped up that it was going to be over 200 minutes. 200. I immediately tried to contact the store and cancel the order and was prompted to an answering machine saying the store was closed. I then checked my bank account and was charged for the order. I called corporate and was told I would be contacted in 48 hours for a refund. Within HALF HOUR I then got a call from a delivery driver saying the order was at my house. Outrageous.
