Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Toledo

I ordered here twice. Once because I had a coupon for a free large pizza on my next order if I used visa checkout. I thought I'll give it a shot. I ordered online, waited and waited... Finally, over an hour later the driver calls and says he's at the front desk and I'm thinking umm okay, but I live in a house. I look outside and no one... I call the number back and tell the driver I live in a house so not sure where you're at. I give him the address again and wait another 20-30 minutes before he actually arrives. He acts normal, no I'm so sorry for your wait or offers/coupons, nothing. The pizza is cold by now and not that great. I submit a review and finally am connected to the General manager who offers a free large on my next order. I order again and use my visa coupon instead of the offer for the free large to get it used and some other items including a 2-liter. So this time the driver forgot the 2-liter. I write the manager again by email and then decide to just call back. They're quite rude like I'm a burden and just say okay we will drop it off. Another 45 min. - 1 hour later it shows up after we've already eaten, so that's that. Anyhow, they drop it off, no coupons, no apologies.. I'm kind of dumbfounded how if they do something wrong, they act like the customer is just being an a-hole for complaining. I've honestly never received such bad service and even the general manager was rude to me in the emails like I'm just trying to get free stuff. The point was I felt like I paid for something to be done right and it wasn't. Again, they offered a 2-liter. Long story short, I called today to claim my free pizza and 2-liter. The manager treated me rude and told me there was only a 2-liter on my list. I felt like a nuisance to them and I would never order there again. i placed my order at 11:38 and i live LITERALLY across the street. my papatrack said 24-34 minutes. when my order said on its way it was 12:02. i waited for my food until 12:15 when i called the store. i spoke to a very RUDE KAYLEE who informed me she was the manager and her husband was the owner and he would be in at 2pm. she said it said it would be here in 45 min. i told her thats not at all what the app said. she said the driver took it and had a delivery before mine. she was very rude the entire call telling me shed just cancel my order. i explained i needed my food im on a 30min lunch break and dont have time to order from somewhere else. she was so nasty i told her id be calling corporate and she said so all they will do is send the complaint to them and her and her husband will be the ones to handle it! i called corporate just to learn she was right corporate does nothing with regard to their franchise stores except send them a complaint to handle. i have been a very loyal customer to this store on key but after today i will never spend another penny with them. my food arrived at 12:50 cold and my 2liter of mt dew showed up a 2liter of orange crush. im so disgusted. vitos is right behind them... save your hard earned money from horrific customer service and order from vitos! they...

If I could place ZERO STARS I indefinitely would. This was the location on key st. Let me just say we have ordered from this location MANY times, Friday was not a pleasant time all. We had ordered over pizza via the phone WITH THE GENERAL MANAGER ( to come find out today) the amount was around $29, sir ran my husbands cc 4 times he stated that it was declined, my husband checked his bank and it was a pending charge so the amount went through one time I gave that cc number it was correct due to seeing these charges on the bank account. We got hung up MULTIPLE times by the GM and the other manager that was their yesterday sat dec 5th stating to us just to call our bank, this lady manager cursed and stated “we don’t have time for this “ my mind is BLOWN!! We have called our bank and expressed that to them today. Corporate is going to be called monday( tomorrow). 10000% would not recommend.
