The Distillery — Restaurant in Toledo

Food was decent. Male bartender was absolutely horrible. We went in on a Wednesday (which is karaoke night) we had our two young kids. He rang up our beers all wrong. Charged us for 1 more than we had. Husband goes to cash out and he says “we only had 3 PBRs” he brings us 3 more….. So now since it’s so loud and he’s of horrible service anyway now we’re paying for 4 more beers than we expected to pay for after I tried to explain it to him. He didn’t understand. We drank them halfway until he approached us and told us.. “we usually don’t have kids here this late…” as I cut him off to explain how we never wanted the last 3 to begin with and you charged us for an extra that we never had. Husband had already cashed out and tipped him 20% out of pitty. So now in total has charged us for 4 extra beers. Horrible table service also from the get go. If I see his face again, I’m leaving. Very unpleasant tonight. Coming from a restaurant manager of 13 years and now a recent restaurant owner. Very disappointed and I will not fail to mention it...

I love going to bingo here but lately I feel like things have been a little fishy on the winning side I hear other customers talking. I personally feel like there should be some type of verification when someone wins. Like the person who calls bingo say their numbers out loud or something because for all we know we pay our money to play and if the caller knows someone they could say bingo and it don’t be a valid bingo but win the pot and split it with the caller. Which isn’t ethical or fair however we as paying customers will never know if it was a legit bingo or not. I know it’s the luck of the draw but I see the same person winning every week when it’s a certain person calling the numbers and it just don’t seem legit it’s to...

They were short handed, 3 ladies to handle the bar and late night kitchen, but that does not excuse the bartender serving 2 parties with several drinks before I was served, when I was at the bar first. One of my drinks was messed up, and my tab was offered to another person to pay for their drinks, I'm glad I was at the bar to stop that. My wings were delicious.
