A new building does not make a better restaurant. Came here for lunch just before lunch rush. When I entered, there were only two other customers inside. One sitting with food, one waiting on his order. I ordered a baconator combo and waited....and waited... it started getting busier. I thought great, I beat the rush. Nope. The man who was waiting before me finally got his food, which was wrong. Then, people who came in after me started getting their food. Starting to get furious, I ask for my order to be changed to go because I only get 30 minutes for lunch, and im already pushing it. After about 20 minutes, after seeing people that had also ordered baconators get their food, they finally call my number.
Not trusting these guys, I sat down to check my order. The bag felt a little light, and I decided to open the sandwich. What I received was not a baconator, it was a double with a little bit of ketchup oozing out. I took it back up and showed them, and they seemed to act like i had ruined their day and asked if I opened the sandwich to check. Admittedly, I did not. I have enough baconators to know what one looks like. Opened it up, and sure enough, there were a few burnt small fragments of bacon, about a half piece of cheese, and a minimal amount the special baconator sauce.
At this point, I was late for work and just sat down to eat because late is late. The burger tasted old, dty and lukewarm, with sharp little burnt bacon fragments and little to no seasoning. I couldn't finish it and threw the rest away.
Needless to say, I took a chance on the new store, and it turned out horrible. I will not...
Read moreFirst time ordering from this location using Uber eats. It took 3 hours to arrive(due to 2 additional drivers cancelling pickup). I'm assuming they were pretty busy. I didn't mind the wait because I understood the possible predicament, it being a day before Thanksgiving Day. I unfortunately was heated enough to write a review because I am without a meal at the moment. I received 1/3 of my order, for my wife received her sandwich but the other 2 sandwiches for me and my two year old son were not to be found in the bag. I called for a refund but I am still forced to search my fridge for something to eat tonight. I understand mistakes happen but they need to thoroughly make sure all items are in these delivery bags before they have the driver take it out. I get pressure with time have people making mistakes at fast food joints but management needs to be more on it because this location is a new experience for me and my family and I spent $45 for 3 hours of patience, just to get a burger and some drinks delivered to my door and calling for a reimbursement on 2 other meals that should've been priority and even counted by the Uber eats driver. Read moreAt night, the parking lot is completely dark and the store gives the appearance of being closed with minimal lights on inside. When you pull up to the drive thru, they tell you it has to be exact change or card for some reason. I deliver for Door Dash and everytime so far since they reopened, they never have any of the items ordered until I go to pick up the order and am told otherwise. I asked the young guy at the window the other night why the parking lot has no lights on and was told "faulty wiring". When I informed him I live right down the road and know the building was completely renovated along with the parking lot, he was at a loss for words. He then told me that I had to back up in the drive thru lane back to the entry of drive thru because the car parked right in front of me was supposedly waiting for an order. After doing this, I saw the same employee come outside and get in the car and sat there talking with them. I'm not sure why the night shift never has most of the menu items,most of the time isn't accepting orders and never has change in their register but if you're able to order food through a different location, I recommend doing so.
