The manager Robert made a extra wait time turn to a personal attack on me and my family. Very rude, unprofessional and insulting when they had forgotten us as we waited 35 minutes in a mobile order spot after going through the drive through for pick up. After 25 minutes and 10 other cars being served I had waited long enough and went in to see what was going on. After patiently waiting my turn in line just to ask about my order, the front cashier had seen our truck still sitting in spot 2 waiting and had stated oh no they are still waiting? They been here forever. At that point the window operator said I see it I getting the last of the order now. After that she was on her way to take out the order and I let her know it was mine. She apologized for the wait re assured all food was there and asked if she could offer a cookie for the inconvenience. I said sorry but I would like a refund. She said understanding said let me get the manager. Robert the manager walked over and said yeah? I said well I want a refund waiting 35 minutes for 3 meals, which was 3 sandwiches 3 drinks and 2 orders of nuggets, and watching 12 cars get served was inexcusable. Robert then stated well if you didnt order 15 sandwiches.... which was extremely false and very insulting. I then told Robert it was three meals with nuggets and 3 sandwiches not 15 and serving 12 others after the fact was not realistic. He then said well he cant do anything anyways since the refunds are done by app not in store. That part is fine but to insult me and make excuses as I personally watched his hard working team recognize the error and apologize while he went on defense and insults me and my family is...

My recent experience at this Wendy's was incredibly disappointing. From start to finish, the visit was marred by issues that left me frustrated and dissatisfied.
Firstly, the service was abysmal. The workers seemed disinterested and were outright rude. It took an eternity just to place my order, as the staff appeared more focused on chatting amongst themselves than attending to customers. When I finally managed to place my order, the workers seemed annoyed and impatient, which set a negative tone for the entire visit.
The food itself was another major letdown. Not only was it served cold, but it also took an unreasonably long time to prepare. (35 minutes) I would have walked out if it weren’t for them keeping my receipt that said I paid for my food. It seemed as though the workers were more concerned with avoiding work rather than ensuring the food was prepared promptly and properly. The lack of care in preparing the food was evident, and it significantly detracted from the dining experience.
Additionally, the atmosphere was unpleasant due to the overall laziness of the workers. Tables were left dirty, and there was a general sense of disorganization throughout the restaurant. It was clear that the management was not maintaining standards of cleanliness or efficiency, which further contributed to the negative experience.
Overall, my visit to Wendy's in Toledo, Ohio, was marked by terrible service, cold food, and an atmosphere that left much to be desired. I would strongly advise against dining there until significant improvements are made in customer service, food quality, and overall management of the...
Read moreThis isn't my usual Wendy's location but it was on my way home so I decided to stop. I ordered through the app which means I'd already paid. I'd forgotten how slow their drive-thru is. They move at a snail's pace. Just to get two items I pre-ordered and paid for on their app I sat in that drive-thru for 15 minutes. This has been my experience with their drove through whenever they have more than 2 or 3 cars in line. With other apps I can change my method of pickup once I get there but there's no option for that in their app. Never use their drive-thru unless you're ready to sit and wait a long time. An edit to my original post. I ended up sitting in line for about 20 minutes before I made it to the speaker. I told him I had a mobile order and he said to pull up. He didn't say anything at the speaker about them being out of baked potatoes. He waited until I got to the window to tell me that. I hate their fries. I had no intention of getting those. So I just asked for the nuggets that were part of the order and figured I'd get stuck eating the cost. They only had spicy nuggets. They didn't have any regular nuggets prepared. I had to pull up and wait another 5 minutes for them to cook more nuggets. Even though I don't stop here often, this is not the first time I've had problems like this at this location. I will never use this Wendy's...
