Not impressed with this location. When we arrived we noticed a drive thru and outdoor seating. The glass doors that we pulled open to enter the Tomah Dunkin’ , had sticky handprints and possible drippings from a flavored latte or some other syrupy beverage. As we entered the main restaurant area where the tables are, and I could see several employees would be available. We went to the restrooms to wash up before we ordered. The bathrooms were pretty nasty. There was a scuzzy dark ring around the sink that looks like it had been there awhile. The walls were very dirty with dirty water spots. The floors could used a scrubbing as well as the single toilet. The water doesn’t stay on to wash your hands. You have to hold with one hand, while you rinse your other. I felt dirty for having used that sink. Positive note, the bathroom is handicapped accessible. When we went to order, no staff came to help us. The young gentleman who was manning the drive thru, was also doing the front cash register. As we waited until we could be helped, my eyes wandered to the lobby and to the counter tops that had rings and crumbs covering them. The worker who helped us seemed frustrated by the lack of help he was given, but he was super friendly to us. The wrap my husband got was as expected, as was my coffee. We decided not to sit at the inside table and headed outside. Read morePlaced an order for 3 dozen donuts at approximately 9:50am. Order was accepted, but when I went to pick it up in the drive thru, I gave my name, and then was told rudely to pull up to the window. There the GM told me that they didn't even have what I ordered. So she asked if she could just do whatever they had, I said yes, just for her to come back and bark at me that they would not even be able to fulfill my order at all as they didn't even have 2 dozen donuts. I've never gone to a dunkin donuts that had no donuts. So I then just asked for a refund. Which I was told they couldn't do at the store since it was a mobile order through their app and I'd have to call corporate. So I called them, sat on the phone for about 25 mins, for them to then tell me they notified the store to refund me and that they would be contacting me to get my refund. I never received the call from the store and never received my refund. I've never had such an awful experience at a dunkin and clearly I will not be returning. Would not recommend this store to anyone. The GM is problematic...
Read moreI love Dunkin’ but my experience at this location has consistently been poor on Saturday mornings. I tend to have a larger order (multiple drinks and food) and place mobile orders 10 mins before I arrive to give staff time to fulfill. Without fail it usually takes 20 minutes for the order to be finished because multiple staff members start and stop working on multiple orders at the same time. There is no one providing guidance and managing which results in incorrect orders and missing items.
Today while I waited for my order to be corrected, three other people came back to get their orders fixed as well. When I finally received my food, which I discovered later was still not right, I opened a sandwich to find part of my English Muffin missing (see photo).
