This message is for Iman, or whatever the store managers name is (because it was like pulling teeth to get any higher up information) that left their store unattended with no management or persons responsible enough to deal with customer conflict.
Dear Iman, (if thatâs really the managers name)
We came to your location in search of coffee and food and unfortunately were met with attitudes and resentment. It is not our fault that we ordered food and were not told that you guys âdonât break $50sâ so when we found that out, we cancelled the food and thatâs where the real problem starts. Your employees not only told us they wonât take/break money?? They then decided it would be best to show how upset they were that they just made food and now canât sell it.
Maybe a sign of âno cashâ on the door would yâall. Maybe a communication with your team on how to break large bills or handle payments would help. Maybe teaching our employees that when something happens, itâs not their job to tell a customer anything other than âokayâ especially when yâall canât take the payment method...
This location has lost its entire mind with the way they talk to people. Completely unprofessional, no manager on site to handle staff or issues with customers, bad attitudes and even more excuses when confronted on their behavior via phone call (which was respectful for how mad I am right now)...
To the 3 people working and the guy with the bad attitudes over KOLACHES THAT YOU COULDN'T ACCEPT CASH FOR, I hope you have a super awesome day and that no one goes out of their way to ruin it. You know who you are and you should do better!
I think itâs important that we instill quality customer service in our employees, being someone from the retail/food industry, THIS STAFF NEEDS TRAINING!

However, I recently visited a different location at 10220 Louetta Rd, #700, Houston, TX 77070, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
When I arrived at the drive-thru window, I noticed that my matcha drink had been made with whole milk instead of the milk option I requested. I politely asked the team member at the window to remake it with the correct milk. During this interaction, I also noticed that she was not wearing gloves while handling my food and drink.
When I asked why gloves werenât used , especially when handling food the team member stated that she didnât take the original order because she had just returned from the restroom. I explained that this was even more reason why hygiene practices such as wearing gloves are essential, especially in food service.
Unfortunately, instead of addressing the concern professionally, the employee responded with a dismissive attitude and mentioned that she was one of the managers. She also stated that she didnât care if I filed a complaint. Naturally, I returned the food and asked for a full refund given the circumstances
This experience left me deeply concerned about the cleanliness standards, food safety practices, and customer serviceat this particular location. As a paying customer, I expect food to be handled safely and respectfully, and for concerns to be addressed appropriately not dismissed.
I will not be returning to this location, and I sincerely hope that you will take the time to retrain the staff on hygiene protocols and customer interaction expectations. Other customers deserve to feel confident that their food is being prepared safely and...
   Read moreI Ordered four chocolate frosted four strawberry two double chocolate and two blueberry and by the time I got to the window, I received a box full of strawberry. I am highly disappointed. I was looking forward to my chocolate frosted, and this guy at the window has the audacity to tell me that they are not a fresh donut shop .....I mean come on what does that mean, so to the guy with the slick back ponytail in the Highwater pants ! you do not deserve to have a job and you do not deserve to work at Dunkin' Donuts and provide customer service because you were terrible. You need to be working on the side of the road because you don't know how to tend to customers and also on top of that Moxie you gave me two free drinks and you asked me for a refund for my box of donuts. I think this is a terrible disbelief. After he asked me to give the donuts back so I can get a refund for not having my chocolate frosted he threw the donuts away in front of my face!!!!!! I am a previous Dunkin employee and I am aware that you do not throw the donuts away until the shop is closed and this guy had the nerve to tell me he throws the donuts away at 8:30.
