So Dutch Bros. is good coffee but if you are used to Starbucks flavor it did leave me feeling a little shorted on flavor for their white chocolate. Mocha. Tasted just like hot chocolate is all. But they are definately more on top of the svc. game than Starbucks ever has been. That being said, however, their,(new generation of young workers) idea of svc and how things are worded does always leave me feeling as though they didn't understand why I said something or why I was lacking for something. I asked for a small, hot, wcm, and stirred. I received, a blended iced drink??? What? She said I said to blend it, which to her meant iced I guess and she said "I needed to watch how I worded my order" What again? I said :hot: & "stirred" and never ever mentioned anything about it being cold or blended. Who needs to "clarify" my order so it comes out correctly if it seems contradictory to your orders. I believe that's ur job not mine. Besides I also indicated this was my first time ordering from Dutch Bros. and I said hot and stirred at least twice. So in customer svc if you can word your phrases less to keep blame off urself and more towards the, o man I guess we got our wires crossed, it would be appreciated! My opinion of this generation of workers and my experiences with them leaves me feeling as though they simply find any way possible to keep the blame off themselves and on to anything or anyone else. Good customer service leaves your customer feeling as though you have done your best yo serve them, you have learned sonething from a sutuation, and everyone cones out of things feeling vi dicated and heard and accepting responsibility for your portion of things without pointing out anyone elses is just 1 if a 100 ways a situation can be handled and not leaving a customer going over the whole event still after they have left and on their way to work still wondering what they did or said that was wrong instead of just thinking, man, this coffee tastes great! Just a suggestion for the new generation of customer svc individuals. The faster u accept responsibility and move on to a great solution the faster the problem or "miscommunication: goes away and on to a better ending. I can just say, after spending years learning how to do this myself and suceeding, I am just super tired of others not accepting responsibility for whatever it is they need to do it for and not put their bad behaviors or blame on me. Just because you can doesn't mean you should, no? Still 4 stars and coffee svc was good, just that tactic left a bad taste for...
Read moreNormally service is good ..Here lately 👎 Went last night rushed to get there .. the young guy working there was really great he's not the one that made my drink the girl that I told exactly how to make my drink she did but I told her five times extra sweet it wasn't I told her please make sure she gets she gave me a lot of boba the strawberry popping and this made with green tea well no boba was in it I mean none zero! It was not 5 times 3 I did not taste anything it look like it just had food coloring in it this is a $7.50 drink now after the tip..of course they were closing. I had my puppy dog in the car almost home which is about a 15-minute Drive there's no way I could have turned around and made it back since they would have been closed I think you cannot call the store you have to call the the main company which is ridiculous could not even call them and tell them what they had done so now I have to take this drink all the way back over there you use my diesel show them this drink and have them remake it I didn't drink it I stuck it in the refrigerator it tastes like crap. I'm not one of those people that she's going to say this is bad $7.50 drink and throw it in the trash doesn't work that way the girl also wasn't very friendly either now the young man working there he was she wasn't she look like she was ready to go home also I don't think she like what was on my truck either politics lean different way.. left.. but I don't care about that but it could be a reason why my drink came out so...
Read moreI love Dutch bros and go here often but the merge 2 lanes is terrible and the kids working can never remember who they get to next often skipping you and you having to catch them before they get too far back.
The last time I went I was behind someone who clearly did not know what they wanted so they took a little longer ordering. I was the next person in line as there was no one else behind me and I could not make a second line if I wanted to due to already being at the concrete barrier. Another person rushes in to merge in front of me who had just pulled up (after I waited 5 min) and the young lady taking orders proceeds to go take this other order, while skipping me; the person who just waited in line. The young lady taking orders mentioned that it was just policy to alternate cars and that she did not know I was next, even though I was the only other person in line until the other person butted in. I understand alternating when it’s busy but the fact that you skipped someone in line who had already been waiting for someone who had just pulled up is a little weird to me. Due to her bad attitude about it and the lack of customer service I left. She did try and offer me a free drink though 🤷♀️ but it would be nice to get coffee in a way that made sense when you’re...
