BEWARE WITH THIS GUY IN THE PICTURE! I start by saying we are regular customers of this location since the opening, before we go to the one in Kuykendahl, inside Kroger’s shopping center. Today I have the worst experience at this restaurant, we sat ta the high chairs next to the kitchen and after the server took our drinks orders I was waiting for the “CLASIC” bread or pizza cuts with the balsamic vinegar, THAT NEVER HAPPENED! . After waiting about 10 minutes, I asked to the guy in the kitchen (the guy in the picture) -Are you guys still serving the bread , and his reply left me speechless. He said “Yes! But I’m busy right now!” And he continue preparing the pizza, I was speechless. A simple “Yes! It’s coming, or Sure! Give me 5 minutes” will be appreciated. The story didn’t end here, another guy came to the prep station to help him and he didn’t bother tell his co worker “Hey! That table wants bread” after 10 more minutes he went to the front bar to check his phone since he’s free now and he didn’t bother to bring the bread. I have to walk towards him and tell him “Can I have now bread since you are free checking your phone?” 3 minutes later the bread arrived, and 1 minute later our food arrived. This guy should have any contact with the customers whatsoever, he has cero respect and courtesy with the customer, and he should be washing the dishes. I made the comment on this incident to my server and he apologizes on his behalf. Now I will drive back to the other location and get better service. As far as the food I have no complaints, the food is always good. 2 minutes before posting this review the guy stopped at my table and apologizes personally and give me a dessert to go. Unfortunately there is no second chance to make a good impression. I’m trying to bring attention to the owner of this business because you can keep loosing customers.

This place is normally pretty good with food and customer service. I had to knock down a star because of the service and some re-heated garlic bread that literally caused my teeth to hurt as I chewed. Our waiter definitely lacked customer service didn’t give us appetizer plates so we were dripping the artichoke dip on the table as we were biting into the dipped garlic bread. I did return the re-heated garlic bread, and asked for some fresh baked bread. The waiter proceeded with “ We are too busy to make fresh garlic bread”... so of course that threw me off completely... so now he just basically told me that they gave me old re- heated garlic bread with his statement. I did order a artichoke dip that is suppose to come with fresh bread... not re-heated bread that wasn’t chewable. So I asked for an alternative he brought some french bread out. By that time our 28” pizza was ready. The pizza didn’t disappoint I had a half pepperoni and half truffle mushroom which was delicious. By the end we had a new waiter a female waiter took over. I will definitely be back because my kids can’t seem to say no to a 28” pizza. 5/28/22 visit, party of 5 came in for my 6 grader graduation. I must say I had an AMAZING experience. The waiter was so friendly and our 28” pizza was amazing. We also had wings. The wait time was good. I had to bump it to 5 stars ⭐️. The waiter definitely went the extra mile ( I never contacted anyone this visit is based on actual experience)

Good 1st visit. Clean. Attentive staff. Everything came out piping hot. Marinara sauce (??) for the bread knots is weak. It's like it was stewed tomatoes poured from a can...and, if I ordered bread knots, you can go ahead and skip the complementary bread. My Greek salad was a good portion of fresh, leafy greens but the balsamic vinaigrette needs some balancing. It's a bit heavy on the vinegar. Bonus points for all salads being served with dressing on the side. Kid's spaghetti and meatballs was also a good portion and I didn't hear any complaints from my child. I think my other child was a bit overwhelmed by the jumbo slice of cheese pizza. The crust is crispy and chewy at the same time. It was pretty good! The lasagna came out and to my surprise even the center of the dish was hot. Well done! The spouse enjoyed her avocado chicken salad (??) as well. Overall we were impressed and will definitely be visiting again in the future. Thanks!

My hubby & I went to Russo’s this past Saturday. We had a coupon for either a free medium pizza or $5.00 off our meal so why not try something new. Walked in, no idea what to do—should we find a table & hopefully get waited on or what. No signs displayed as how orders are taken. We finally were met by an employee which advised, you can find a table check out the menu and go to line and order, pay for your meal, which will be brought out to you. Ok new concept- impressed not really. Asked an employee about several items in the menu & had no idea what it was. Not impressed. Manager explained items in question & he was very nice & helpful. Hubby placed order and so now we wait. Finally got my water & his beer. Noticed we were charged for pizza & 2 beers—one draft & one bottle. When he placed the order he advised to change bottle to draft, evidently the employee did not hear him. Okay time for our house salad. Nothing to brag about. I’ve had better salads from McDonald’s & a lot cheaper. We requested complimentary garlic knots & oil. Hubby advised the manager charged for pizza and he (Brandon) advised we would be credited. 2nd request for complimentary garlic knots & oil. Sampler plate arrived, requested Parmesan & 3rd request for complimentary garlic knots & oil. Sampler plate consisted of: Fettuccine Alfredo: basically rubbery noodles & runny sauce, Lasagna: where’s the beef? Yep little beef, sauce was bland no taste. Last, Gnocchis: potato in rolled noodles sauté with butter & garlic. Taste—none, it was tough and not done for sure. Hubby walked up to line & asked for his beer 4th request for complimentary garlic knots & oil. He was advised it would be brought to him. Ahh finally the pizza arrived as I was ready for something good to eat, I took a small bite of each item on sampler and that is all I needed. My hubby requested his draft beer again & 5th request for complimentary garlic knots & oil. Pizza, it was NY Style as the crust is thin & in order to eat it you had to fold in half. That’s the only thing that showed it was NY. Hardly no meat & cheese, I gather they didn’t put the normal amount since it was free. Oh and manager is still working on credit but was also taking care of customers whose orders were wrong. Sauce on pizza tasted as though it came right out of a can of hunts tomato paste. Manager apologized for taking so long to correct our bill as he was also working on another customer’s bill. After 1/4 of salad, slice of pizza and small bite of each item on trio sampler and that was more than enough for me. Only time we had fast service was when we asked for a to go box. Best part about going to Russo’s was the night out with my husband. If they make it another 6 months, we would be impressed. At the rate they are going they have a lot of improvements that need to be addressed especially lack of communication. I know lots of companies want minimumal staff but is it worth it? All I can say is “Good Luck!” & We...
