I bought some pretzels for my Mum and Daughter, they couldn't eat the Pretzels so I tried it... but they were so bitter and rubbery for some reasons.... i noticed it was burnt but I always managed to eat them ... however this one was not edible... so I took them back... but the guy told me he couldn't do anything about it And was so rude and arrogant about it... I was just at this location yesterday, and the cashier I got was extremely rude! She looked to have no customers service skills at all. She didn’t even try to be nice and give me my pretzel. While getting my pretzel out of the box. She, was looking at me weird, and with attitude while she getting my pretzel. I could tell she hated me for no reason. Absolutely DISGUSTING experience today 10/15/24 at roughly 1:55pm. I was charged $1.49 for a dipping sauce but then when a previous customer who was also the same ethnicity as the employees working said she assumed dippings came with got two free and the phrase used by the employee was she got two for free for “their people” absolutely disgusting that I’m getting treated differently because I’m white and they are African American.
