I’m only giving this location 1 star because you have to click on a star to leave a review. I have been living in the area for over 30 years, and this Dunkin has consistently gone downhill, especially during the last 5 years, due to poor management. This location CONSISTENTLY runs out of basic items to run a fast food chain that specializes in donuts. On the busy corner of Hooper and Route 37, which gets hit hard throughout the year as a convenient stop off before going on the parkway, and management still hasn’t figured it out that they should keep extra donuts and munchkins for customers who don’t get there at the crack of dawn? This management’s philosophy is, “Oh well, we sold out…tough toots.” Meanwhile it’s 11 AM, and the store doesn’t close until 9 PM. Are you kidding me? It’s Dunkin Donuts. If this is how management wants to run things, close up shop earlier. It’s not just donuts though. Throughout the years, they have not been able to fulfill many an online order because they ran out of tea, drink mixes, etc. Like I said, it’s on a BUSY intersection…they can’t figure it out that they are going to run out of supplies faster than other locations in the area? I have no issue with the other employees. They are always super nice and helpful. But management needs to get their act together, as I can’t imagine I’m the only frustrated customer. Me personally, I will no longer be visiting this location no matter how convenient. I know one customer not visiting a store is no big deal to a big corporation like DD, but like I said, I can’t be the only customer frustrated by this location. I am also filing a formal complaint...
Read moreThe place was a mess. Bottles on floor, donut case extremely messy. Line out the door, drive thru backed up for over 10 minutes for one car. I ordered a mobile order 5 minutes before my arrival and it still wasn’t ready so I waited. There was one worker and she was working on one drink for over 10 minutes and still didn’t finish it by the time I left. She was running around like a chicken with her head cut off trying to find ice. No one was taking orders. It took 7 minutes for someone’s order to be taken and then when the customer ordered 2 dozen donuts, the worker didn’t even grab the donuts for her. She went to continue the drink that she hadn’t finish for the last 10 minutes. Customers waiting for their order to be completed. One girl on drinks and cashier. Two girls on food who could’ve been helping her. I waited for over 15 minutes before I left. As I left, the same car was in the drive thru that was there when I arrived. I work at a dunkin myself and as another employee, I’m not sure what was happening and I feel bad for the employees because they’re...
Read moreWent here for the first and last time today. 1. The receipt machine wasn't working, and the cashier clearly didn't know how to use or fix it. She then made my drink incorrectly! I waited 10 minutes for my avocado toast! Then when she made the drink over, it was even worse! She also made the next guy's drink wrong and he wasn't having it. The manager came to make my drink, and she made it incorrectly also. But I didn't realize until after I left: but it at least tasted better than the first two times. The manager did not know how to deal with an irate customer. The dude was on his way to a funeral, she could have been much more patient with him. She was nice to me, but I felt bad for the guy. And he's a local! One thing about business I've learned is to respect the people that live in the area, because when your doors close, they're...
