99% of the time, this Starbucks is great. They are friendly, make you feel welcomed and they get things right. Then there’s that 1% of the time like today where they really frustrate me. I have a very specific order, Venti Strawberry refresher, light ice light water. For some reason, Starbucks removed the “light water” choice within the app. So now when I order ahead, i pay more for the “no water, extra base”. Today, like every other day i ordered the same thing as always and I swear I received water with a splash of the refresher drink and no berries. If I didn’t have to be at work, I would have went back in to have them fix it. $6.45 for a drink and you guys can’t even get it right is VERY frustrating. Do better.

We waited 20 mins for a caramel frap. Meanwhile, people who ordered their drinks after us at the register were getting their drinks first. It wasn't until we asked RAE about our drinks when she said they were a little behind and trying to catch up. So why are the people after us getting their drinks first? She ignored us and walked away. Those who ordered after we did and left before we did, some had 3 different kinds of drinks, and some had 4. Not acceptable, not happy. 20 mins waiting for 2 drinks?Do better !!!!

While inside ordering today, I double checked with the barista serving us that the mocha sauce doesn’t contain dairy ( which I have ordered and researched before, but I like to ask in case of process change). She was very kind and said she didn’t know but would ask. She turned around and asked what I imagine to be the on shift manager, an older female with short curly hair. Who promptly responded “ ugh yeah it’s mocha it’s chocolate do they not know what chocolate is of course it contains milk”. The barista turned around to provide us the answer and was very apologetic for the response I overheard. She took the rest of our order and continued to be amazing and polite. The older female noticed our exchange while we were discussing that not all chocolate contains milk and walked back over to say ( in a nicer tone) that “yes it’s mocha it contains dairy cause it’s chocolate and she doesn’t know how bad the allergy is”. Then returned back to her work.

I truly hope she was not actually the manager because this attitude does not foster a good work environment. The barista serving us was wonderful, the same of the rest of the staff here during multiple previous interactions.

I understand the holiday season is a busy time for retail but such a dismissive comment implying the annoyance and ignorance that I every asked it’s never appropriate. I am merely doing my due diligence to keep up with the potential for process/ ingredient changes, which anyone with allergies knows happens frequently and often...

There’s a 60ish year old woman with short curly brown hair and glasses working there. She’s very rude and moving deliberately slow. I politely asked if they had gotten the ticket for the matcha latte. I had ordered it 17 minutes earlier on the mobile order. 17 minutes! She huffed, annoyed and said harshly and in a manner that made me feel wrong for having inquired “uhhhhhh yeah I got it but you’re going to have to wait I have at least 6 orders ahead of you” I was the only person standing there and I stood there for a solid ten minutes before I said anything- and they were making me late to work. I eventually had to leave without my drink when we reached 20 minutes. This woman should not be working at a Starbucks with this attitude and slothful nature. I also witnessed her giving really harsh attitudes to her younger colleagues. She’s a bully. I reported her to corporate. Only because that was not the first time this woman was rude. She’s always got something to say. It’s really just clear that she’s taking out her frustrations on others. I’m surprised she still works here. the position is clearly not a good...

So my issue is with the night shift. This is like my sixth time ordering after 5:30pm when I’m On my way to meet with a client. The staff doesn’t not even acknowledge you when you walk in. They are gathered together usually talking crap about other employees. I always order on the app. The app says should be ready by example 5:35pm and I’m Waiting 10-15 minutes past the wait time the app says and nobody barely in the shop and everyone not just me are like WTH is going on. The workers are super super slow because it’s night shift probably but just because it’s not busy doesn’t mean us your paying customers don’t have place to be at certain times. It’s ridiculous how slow they are! I order At this shop 2-3 a day almost every day! I spent a good amount of money at this location. Day shift is great! But I can’t stand the night shift. I usually Don’t complain but this happens often and it’s like get it together...
