This location has bad manners! I ordered curbside and the lady who brought my food had the bag clinched in her fist and carrying my drink in one hand, and another order in the other hand. This prevented her from properly handing me the items, so to compensate, she shoved the whole order through the car window, making it even more difficult to get! And, no hello or good afternoon. I don't even think she said your welcome!
She didn't even have a serving tray with her so it made asking for a salt packet impossible! So I went inside, defeating ordering curbside. Once inside, I had to stand at the counter for several minutes while all the employees in the back ignored that there was someone standing at the counter! How annoying! I finally said, to the same lady that brought my food, excuse me can I have a salt packet when you get a chance. But blatantly ignored me! All this with the manager standing there within ear shot! I stood there a bit longer but finally had to yell so everyone could hear me loud and clear that I was asking for asking for a salt packet. I wasn't asking them to take my order or do anything that took any length of time. The manager, a tall fellow with a grayish beard, gave me attitude about having to stop what he was doing to hand me a salt packet. He made me feel like I was a nuisance! No customer service at all!...
Read moreThere is always something wrong at this location. Either your orders wrong or you get stuck waiting forever. Today @ 3:30pm I checked in my mobile order: a large iced caramel macchiato and a strawberry cream pie. Took 3-4 mins to get to window, which is fast. They hand out the pie and tell me to wait. A few more minutes I’m told to go to the third window and wait. 14 mins later I call into the lobby (because it’s closed so I couldn’t walk in) and the young girl tells me they are still working on making it. In the meantime, I have seen them hand out other peoples coffees. Still on the phone with her saying nothing I finally get her attention and she says the macchiato milk won’t come out of the machine. So I ask, can you just make me a caramel latte? She says sure and hangs up. 3 mins later a guy brings me an iced caramel coffee (not latte). It taste nasty! So I just got to waste gas (which we all know is pricey), and waste half an hour of my weekend just to end up spending $4 on a drink I am going to poor down my sink. And sadly, this is one of my better visits. Read moreThis is the only McDonald's location where I've had unprofessional interactions with the drive through staff (pretty much the only fast food restaurant come to think of it). First time was a while back where a young employee was doing a somewhat racist accent to several cars, assuming he was trying to make his co-workers laugh. Most recent interaction was an older lady that talked with unnecessary attitude when I said a coffee was missing from the order. She first said she doesn't see it on her screen and then proceeded to ask me "what size...cream/sugar" multiple times in a rushed way without giving me a chance to answer. There was no real line behind me and when I took my receipt out to show her the coffee on my order (because her tone made it seen like I was the one wrong), she didn't look at it or me at all and just said “no need” in a dismissive way. I'm hoping she was just having a bad day and doesn't act like that daily cause she definitely should be working elsewhere for everyone's sake.
