Apollo Burger — Restaurant in Tooele

Always great food, whether it is breakfast or any other time, you won’t be disappointed. Great customer service. Inside their dinning area is clean and friendly atmosphere. The only issue that I would have is paying attention to the specifics of the order. Meaning- A couple months back my wife was delighted to hear you guys have GF buns because she has a severe GF allergy( Yes we know the risks and we are the possibilities of such risks) She was really craving a cheese burger on a GF bun. I ordered that specific request, received it along with my order. Returned home and realized that her order was not correct. Returned to their location to fix the order, no issues, returned back home with the “fixed” order. Surely it would have been fixed... Afterwards realizing that it wasn’t and my wife suffering the consequences. It took a while before we returned. And we were even reluctant to do so... Point is pay attention to detail. And if you say you have something don’t try to be deceptive, be honest. Especially if they come back and expect the error to be fixed and in the end it was not. That situation could have been a lot worst. We both now have burgers with no bun anywhere we go to eliminate any further issues. We would recommend this place, my wife and I will return but on a...

Sadly I have to edit my review. This is like going to a gross gas station that you wish you didn't have to use the bathroom at. Someone needs to fix this or call the health department. This restaurant is filthy from top to bottom. I don't know what happened, I used to love it here. Pics are just from the bathroom and it isn't just toilet paper on the floor... The toilet paper is yellowed and darker colors and crusty... It's been on the floor for a long time. More than a day. It looks like possible other issues too but it's disgusting. All the dead flies goes to show how long it's been since anything was properly cleaned. The rest of the restaurant follows suit. Filthy floors, walls, dust on everything. I'll change my review if I happen to hear it has changed. I left without ordering food. It looked too dirty to want to eat food from there. The staff was less than professional as well. Yelling at the new guy for everything going wrong right in front of customers....

Ordered through the drive through and they tell me to pull forwards and they would have my order in a minute. No problem. I pull into a stall next to someone who was three cars ahead of me in line. They were still waiting for their food as well. Obviously fed up, the guy gets out of his car goes inside and comes out a few minutes later with his food. My thought at the time was that they would now notice they were neglecting the cars they told to wait. I decide to give them another minute or two. Finally I go inside. They have people in line but nothing crazy. I stand next to the counter for a minute or so. Everyone working makes eye contact with me but no one acknowledged me. I finally notice the bag sitting on the counter. Lo and behold, it’s my now cold food. I grabbed it and walked out while none of them seemed to care. That will be the last time I go to Apollo burger.
