United Slice - Tooele — Restaurant in Tooele

We ordered on the website for curbside pickup,left our home after we were notified the pizza was ready, and pressed the button notifying them of our arrival. We waited almost 5 minutes before giving up and going inside. Apparently, when we pressed the "I have arrived" button, the only notification the employees received was a print up on one of the registers, but no one was at the register until we entered as there weren't other customers waiting, so they missed the notification. Not a big deal, especially since they applologized, but something others should be aware of. I would still give a rave review, but my family found the pizza to be mediocre. The sauce was super thin and the crust left something to be desired. I added some sauce we had on hand, and was satisfied. Still, I won't reorder from them as there are better pizza places around, which is unfortunate as I like to support...

Update review: I left the review below after I received our first order. I gave them 1 star. One of the managers called us and explained that they had investigated why our pizza was so bad. They offered to make us the same order and asked for our input. The second order was much better and really good. The customer service is outstanding. It’s not often a business goes out of their way to make sure their customers are happy with them. I changed my review to 5 stars. Very impressed with the customer service they provided and the pizza was really good.- Original review- While the staff was awesome the pizza was the worst I have ever had. When we saw the sign on their door we wanted to try them. It was very expensive and the pizza was over cooked and very dry. It was like there was no sauce. We ordered 2 pizza’s and both were terrible. Will never order...

No dine in experience but has a good menu, with plenty of options that includes building your own. The bread twists are amazing. I got the garlic Parmesan with ranch sauce and they are big and fluffy! I would come here over and over again just for the bread twists. Now for the pizza. Which is the main reason I gave United Slice a 3 star. We got half cheese, and half Buffalo Chicken Ranch. The cheese was pretty average. I would get it again. The Buffalo Chicken ranch side was very heavy in Buffalo sauce and was pretty spicy and made it hard to finish one slice. Because of the heavy sauce pourage, the rest of the toppings had a pretty hard time staying on the pizza and slipped off as soon as you pick up the pizza. :( Overall it was pretty average, I would definitely come back and maybe just ask for less sauce and/or a different pizza over the Buffalo...
