The delectable offerings vary from week to week making it completely necessary to purchase again and again to completely round out your exquisite experience. I love this spot. Everyone I've been helped by are so helpful and welcoming, yeah its a little pricey like others have said but the quality is phenomenal and the boxes they put the cookies in really make going there an experience. Its very clean, decorated very minimalist (love it) and it always smells like cookies! This place is definitely a new staple to our town. Not to mention when i take my four year old in they are so great with her and patient while she chooses what she wants, they talk directly to her asking her what she wants instead of acting like she's not even there. That's the kind of service that makes me a return customer.

I have had issues with this Crumbl in the past but a great young lady named Zoey convinced me to give them another chance so I did. She always greeted me with a smile and was super friendly and personal that she made me feel like we were family. I was way disappointed the other day to find out she had been let go. A lady named KC was rude and flippant when I asked questions about different cookies, and then I heard her yelling at members of the staff. Way unprofessional!!! I’m choosing to never go to this Crumbl again. I called in to talk to a manager about my situation and KC informed me that “I am the boss”. I was appalled. Any company that their management is allowed to treat someone so rude and disrespectful and then in KC’s words “got rid of the trash” about someone who is personal doesn’t deserve my business.
