I wish this could be the kind of review where I rave about a hidden gem, but unfortunately, it’s quite the opposite. From start to finish, our experience was frustrating, disorganized, and frankly disrespectful.

We ordered chips and queso—what could possibly go wrong? Apparently, a lot. The queso never came with the chips. When we asked, the server casually told us it would “be a couple minutes.” By the time she came back with the queso, our chips were long gone. We asked for more chips, which came out soggy, and by that point, the cheese was cold. And yes—we were charged full price.

While we waited (over 30 minutes, by the way, with only four tables in the entire restaurant occupied), the water we were served tasted like straight-up dish soap. I brought in my HydroJug just to have something drinkable, only to be told by the staff that I couldn’t have it inside. When I asked for drinkable water instead, the server seemed visibly annoyed.

We ordered pizza with pepperoni. It arrived with no pepperoni. When we mentioned it, the two servers talked about it in front of us—not to us. It wasn’t just us—another table that left at the same time told us they had the same issues: long wait, food errors, and drinks that tasted like chemicals.

And to top it off, our waitress Melissa automatically added an 18% gratuity to the bill without saying a word. I believe in tipping well for good service—but I also believe tipping should be earned, not silently forced.

The pizza itself was okay. Not great. The cheese wasn’t fully melted, and it could’ve used another couple minutes in the oven. But after waiting so long and being this irritated, we ate it anyway.

This place could be better. But based on how the servers treated us and the overall carelessness of the experience, I won’t be returning. A hard...

I went there for my prom night dinner, the service was bad, the waiters took an hour to have our food out so we had to get to go boxes. Our appetizers came out within 30 minutes. The server asked if we would like plates for those and I said yes, we'll this server slammed our appetizer plates on our table, I thanked her and she gave me a really nasty look. She had a really bad attitude towards me because I have past problems with her and so personally she doesn't like me so I was not treated good there at all and neither were my friends. The server and the person who came to check on us were very rude and it's very unprofessional. The server who had a problem with me personally then looked at me and went to her boss or manger and started whispering and kept looking at me while talking giving me dirty looks, it seemed like she was talking about me for sure. Even if there's someone who has personal issues with a customer, does not mean that they should treat the customers rudely we weren't bothering her, we were thanking her and being so nice to her, and she still felt the need to slam our plates on the table. By the time we got our food at the end, it was cold and we didn't have time to sit in the restaurant and enjoy it because it took an hour to bring it out and we had to head to prom in salt lake, so we ended up with cold food before we left the restaurant. Overall had a bad experience. I believe that just because the server has an issue with a customer, doesn't mean they should treat the customer poorly In their work environment, that is something that should be handled privately. There was no reason at all for everyone to...

We were in Tooele for the afternoon and thought we’d try a local place instead of a chain for dinner. We did not go here for the brewery - so if you’re looking for a place to eat, you might want to look elsewhere. If you’re looking for ales or cocktails, they have quite a menu, so you’ll probably find something you’ll like. As far as the food, it’s basic pub food offerings; I got the bone in wings, that tasted like they’d been reheated and refrozen a few times, and my sister got the fish and chips that she said we’re not very flavorful. Not bad food, but not good food either. We each had a house brewed root beer and cream soda. Those were good, and I’m glad we tried them. While both good, the root beer was my favorite of the two. The ranch dressing was really good and the best part of my meal. Our server was nice, but it did take quite a few minutes before anyone even acknowledged that we were waiting for a table when we first got there. We went in about 8:30 on a Saturday night and they were not very busy at all. The whole building is huge. There’s a 21+ bar upstairs (we did not visit) and a dinning area on the ground floor. It was very large and open, with a few TVs, some really large ones on the big two story wall, which would make it nice for watching a big ticket sporting event. There was no background music and it was oddly quiet, which I think was kind of refreshing, since most pub type places that have TVs and music playing so loud are kind of overly stimulating. Overall, just an incredibly average place (teetering on edge...

Wonderful experience! I went here on a date I ordered the pasta that has shrimp chicken sausage onions and red pepper in it. With garlic bread. The pasta was SOOOO DELICIOUS! My date she ordered a sirloin steak with mashed potatoes and veggies. She liked it a lot. We ordered the peach cream wheat beer on draft. Was literally one of the best beers I've ever had. It had good fruity cream notes but still tasted like a actual beer and you could taste the hop still. Perfect blend. We kind of felt bad but we did walk in 35 minutes before close. And they did not give us any attitude and they were still nice with a smile and professional. We ordered some mixed drinks as well and just remember you are in Utah and they're only allowed to put 2.5 oz of liquor or less in certain drinks. So you can't be complaining about a mixed drink being not strong because of the state we're in. As for anybody complaining about or concerned about the sticky tables, yes the tables are very sticky every single one of them. it's because they used a new sanitizing cleaning solution and it ate and ruined the finish on all their tables so they have to sand down and refurbish all their tables now. In my personal opinion this place was very affordable because I got a pasta which was more on the pricier side of the menu and she got a steak and we both got beers and a mixed drink and sides and we only paid $56 out the door and that was an amazing price for everything we got.

We got a Pilsner, Bahama Mama, beer-battered fish and chips, southwest chicken salad, Hawaiian pizza, and butterfly shrimp The salad was forgettable, the pizza was good, the fish and chips were good, and the butterfly shrimp were also okay. The atmosphere was great. It felt less like a brewery and more like a very nice sit down restaurant. The 21+ upstairs dining area had a beautiful mezzanine and the main dining area was very open. Not the best place for an intimate dining experience but excellent for group events. The big screens were turned to a football game but the sound was off which encourage conversation but allowed people to check the scores—something I wish B-Dubs would adopt. The service was good but not great. The server wasn’t necessarily unfriendly but also wasn’t very outgoing. Solidly neutral. No expectation for people to pretend being a waiter is their dream job. The side salads were modest compared to other restaurants which was probably the only thing less than amazing about this place. The ranch was very thick so mixing it with the salad was a bit of a chore—a minor thing considering how great everything else was. The beautiful mountain view helped to further establish this place as a nice eatery.
