*UPDATE I have posted my review on the link the owner attached and I still havent heard anything back. I was hoping at least for an apology or communication since thats what the owner siad they would do. I guess this shows that the bad behavior is encouraged from the top.
Shine at Starbucks was a terrible employee who failed to provide me with adequate service. He was taking someone else's order while I was trying to pay in the drive thru, I couldn't see the screen to pay due to the sun shining right at it. His tone of voice was unpleasant and rude and said "could you answer the question?" With a demeaning tone. I told him I couldn't see and he said "well you could hold it" he handed the drink over and continued to give us the same rude tone and said "Do you want a straw?" Waited 2 seconds and said it louder. We asked if he was ok?but obviously he had bigger issues going on. Shine was extremely disappointing due to his poor service. Hopefully management could go over training again on how to provide exceptional customer service. I decided to give Cupbob next door a try. To my surprise, the employee there showed me exceptional service and kindness, despite my bad experience at Starbucks I won't take out my bad experience on others like Shine did. I hope he ended up having a good day and ended up providing good customer service to others. Cupbob went above and beyond to make up for my unpleasant encounter at Starbucks by providing me with a complimentary drink. This experience taught me that one bad interaction does not define the entire customer service experience, and I would definitely return to Cupbob in the future for their outstanding service. He read off my order , frap, blueberry muffin , coffee cake, and my eggs and Gouda protein box! Perfect they didn't have the muffin but had a blueberry scone yay that works. Anywho , my husband don't go there enough to know that he wasn't charged what he should have been for all that's. Even though she assured him all was available except the muffin! I am annoyed because she should have repeated the order back. I am more upset at the fact that she said yes we have of all. I get mistake happen but let's be real she just wanted to clock out. 8:15 - closes at 8:30. My drink was spilling everywhere all over my husband and the outter part of the cup. And then she also said it's gonna ask if you wanna leave a tip WHiCH he did leave ! For what to get half the order and an awful drink .. I am so disappointed and I absolutely love the day manager there and going here but this left a bad taste in my mouth and really upset to be honest that was my dinner .. ( gastric sleeve.) and now I have to figure out something else at 9 pm ! I legit have probably spent thousands at Starbucks and this will probably change that ! Ā Ā Ā Read moreLeslie is a young Hispanic looking girl with a bad attitude and an eye rolling problem . Her and her little bestie at work (I didnāt catch her name) weāre extremely rude to me . Tried to refuse to remake a drink for me that was getting watered down because when I went to ring in my order the cashier only rang in one of my 2 drinks and the drive thru was closed so inside the cafe was PACKED and by the time they made my second drink after me waiting in line to ring it in AGAIN my drink would have been sitting for 5+ minutes and gotten watered down from the ice melting and she got so mad when I told her I wanted mine remade when they made my friends drink for me . The cashier then got an attitude and said a drink being watered down isnāt āsomething wrongā with the drink and refused to have the girls remake it so I demanded a refund and the manager was so shocked with the attitude her staff was giving me and even had to yell at Leslie at one point because she seriously tried to yell at me mid convo with the manager . Absolutely insane . This isnāt even the first time I have had an issue with this location either . They need to send these children off to work at fiz or swig bc this isnāt the place to try and be disrespectful to customers especially...
