Culver’s has been one of my favorite restaurants, which is why I hate to give it 2 stars. Me & my wife usually eat here after I close my store (8pm) and I pick up food, then drive home 15 minutes north. We usually eat, then shortly after my wife has to be at work by 10:00p. Early December, we had ordered and they added cheese on both burgers. Called and complained. They had wanted us to drive back but we wouldn’t have time to drive there, back, eat, & Goto work. A few days after Christmas we had ordered & the food was PERFECT! Now tonight; same situation, got off work at 8:30, stopped at Culver’s spoke to a older guy at the drive thru, which he was great. He had let me know that there was a 8pc tenders (not on the menu; cheaper) and I had ordered that with an additional 4pc tender & made sure to mention I would pay for extra sauces. Plus ordered 3 orders of Pretzel bites for the kids. Usually when I get home, the tenders are fairly hot & fresh. I received 12 tenders that were room temperature & the chicken was mooshy & to top it off, they gave me 2 sauces for 12 big chicken strips. My kids had pretzels and they were perfectly fine, but the cheese was watery and half full. I had called and talked to a Susan & informed her my situation/order. She said, I would have to come back for the sauces, but nothing she can do for the food. Not to mention, we have only 1 vehicle and my wife is getting ready for work. $36.00 for 12 tenders and pretzels and this is how they treat frequent customers who prefer to eat Culver’s over other fast food restaurants. I will not be returning or sending my employees to this location until...

Read moreYou know how the story goes... when you try a food service for the first time and compare it to the Actual first time you tried it, it never mounts up! Maybe expectations are high, or maybe they just haven't gotten there yet. So I first tried Culver's at Kansas City, MO. location, it has been a few years ago, but it was phenomenal, I was working in KC at the time, it was so good, we basically ate there at least 3 times a week, I live in Topeka, KS. I was unaware we were getting a Culver's, so I just happened to be driving by one day and saw they were under construction, so you could imagine my excitement when I saw this, it has been a couple months since then, and I have been wanting to go in and try it out, just hadn't had the chance yet, well today was my first opportunity, so we went in for lunch. The service was on point, polite, precise and fast! Unfortunately, my burger was not to expectations, as I said before, maybe my expectations were high, or maybe they just weren't there yet, after all this is a new establishment, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt, but literally the only complaint I have, was my burger just wasn't seasoned enough! Other than that, everything thing else was fine! Lol! This is probably my longest review yet, so I hope you can appreciate it and hopefully it helps someone's quest...
