Five Guys — Restaurant in Topeka

Restaurants during a global pandemic are always tricky. Overall, the app is great. But twice now, the pick up has been annoying. I am not the app knows how busy the store. The first time my food wasnt ready when it said it should be. The next time i went straight to the pick up counter. I had to wait a good 5 minutes to be acknowlegded. I saw a pick up order ready, but the staff acted as if it wasnt mine. Ten possibly 15 minutes later the same bag i saw was picked up and my name called. What?!?! Seeing I was annoyed. She offered the corporate number. Uhm, no. The manager would be back sooner than later. Uhm, no. What you want? After a long day, I just want hot food. They remade it. Geez.. I know I will be back, but it is gonna take awhile. I could have made the same thing at home in the same amount of time it took to get mu order. So if you go, dont be in a rush or...

Haven't been there for quite some time. Years, actually. But I needed something a bit different, so decided to stop in for lunch. I ordered my burger, fries, and drink, and sat at one of the few tables available for dining in. When they called my number, the bag I recieved was heavier than I expected. Looked inside, and couldn't find my burger. I ordered the smallest order of french fries, and that container was there, full, and buried by what looked like at least half a fry basket of potato wonderfulness! It took a little digging, but I did find my burger. Made to my order, nothing more, nothing less. Exactly what I asked for. And, it was delicious!!! I was so full, and so satisfied, I didn't eat anything else that day. I'm going back soon. Maybe this...

Most excellent Hamburgers around! We took the grandkids out to do some back to school shopping then we were all trying to come up with a place to grab lunch. Lo and behold, the skies opened up, angels sang, and there was Five Guys! The muscle of the best burger was right there. We all went in, after ordering we got a table to wait for our numbered to be called. That did not take long. 7 paper bags arrived at our table and right behind that was the Aroma of those delicious hamburgers. Almost 5 minutes later, bags were being smashed, fries were being eaten, than Wham! we were done! Cleaned up the table, then our the door. Thanks Five Guys for those...
