QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Topeka

7/13/22 Haven’t been to Qdoba for 2 months. Gave it another try tonight, disappointing. I was craving a fresh crispy romaine taco salad. Minuscule amount of lettuce and I picked off about 1/3 because it was limp, wilted, rotten. You know how lettuce past its prime gets... slimy, folded over and stuck to itself, see pic. Not one fajita onion, just a few limp, slimy green peppers that aren’t even really green. What a waste of $10.

5/20/22 haven’t been here since November. Gave it another try tonight. Ordered curbside. Ground beef bowl with extra pinto beans. Looked like a bowl of soupy slop. Beans didn’t get drained before putting in bowl. Ordered corn salsa on side- I wish I would have known the corn was still frozen before dumping it on top of my bowl. Frozen corn with semi hot beef & beans was not appetizing. Really disappointing. Even the chips weren’t up to par tonight. Are you not frying your chips in house anymore?

11/20/21 Picked up a curbside bowl tonight, missing lettuce. Hopefully, Qdoba will remake it correctly for another time. All other ingredients were fresh & delish.

I've ate here a lot. And over the last 2 years they have easily lost my service. Smaller quantities, higher prices. Went today for lunch before work and I legit got like 5 pinto beans? Like forreal? I was trying to tell them my toppings and before I could finish they were asking if it's to go and trying to ring me up. In the process of rushing me (no one else in line) I forgot that I wanted salsa. So I had to come back and get some. If they would've like let me finish my sentence I wouldn't have forgotten. instead I got interuptted and glared at? like the girls couldn't even smile? I'm spending money here and you're gonna act like you don't want me here? Cool. Will not be returning. I do work in customer service and it's not hard to be decent. No reason to side eye and glare at people or even roll your eyes at them....

I had an absolutely incredible experience at this restaurant! The food was nothing short of exceptional—each dish bursting with flavor and expertly prepared.
