Hooters — Restaurant in Topeka

I have ordered crab legs from here many times, and after each order the crab legs get smaller and smaller, I have a scale and each time they are no where near 1lb or 16 oz in weight. Today I got an order that weighed 7.28lbs for 25.99. when I called the manager didn't give his name, and when I asked him if they got there crab legs from temu he didn't like that much and hung up on me several times, and even began being childish and say the phone down. I didn't now use fowl language of any sort, but he got offended because he didn't like my legit sarcastic question. Well anyone would be just as disappointed when you don't get what is advertised and what you paid for. As a manager you should resolve the issue and not get in your feelings and try to understand where the customer is coming from or DON'T BE A MANAGERS if you can't take the criticism. I still to this day have a credit of 2lbs of crab legs from my last order being the same way, but they require for me to pick it up, I'm okay with that that but I have not been able to get up there to eat in person and now I'm just going to cut my loses and never order again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT, they don't care about their customers...

I was in town to watch my nephew wrestle, I had my other teenage nephew and teenage daughter with me. Texas Road house was too packed! So I looked for other food for us. If I had know initially there was a Hooters, no other options would of been looked for. My daughter and I were so happy! We hadn’t had Hooters in forever since they closed their Wichita restaurant. I splurged and went all out! We had fried pickles and mozzarella sticks with our food. The kids got flavored drinks and Paola our waitress did an excellent job refilling them. I loved my wings, she recommended the Texas BBQ dry rub. My nephew devoured his Mac and cheese burger. My daughter probably would of ordered another macaroni and cheese if she wasn’t so full. They had adult drinks to order that looked so good, if only I wasn’t driving. Paola did such an amazing job taking care of us. I feel so guilty for going without the rest of my family and was glad I went home without them asking what we ate. Lol but hey I did bring wings back. My 6 YO wanted more. My family and I are loyal customers, but hooters just lost that we will NOT be going back. The General Manager is a complete JOKE!! We ordered our food it was brought out and then sent back, there were two burgers we got with wrong toppings. The General Manager got on our server trying to blame her for not taking our order right and made her come back to read it. I proceeded to stress that there was a pickle allergy and one had to be completely remade. Well we got our food back and they just tried scrapping the toppings off. Why would you just scrape the toppings off if you know there is a food allergy!!!!! The waitress took them back, the General Manager if that is what you call him came out to the table and called me a liar even though I knew they were scraped because they left lettuce pieces and a grilled onion on the burger that wasn'tsupposedto have it. I have not been called a liar by anyone who is supposed to care about their customers in the food industry. To be willing put a life at risk over a food allergy is ridiculous.
