Hardee’s — Restaurant in Topeka

Usually a great place for breakfast, dinner this evening did not live up to expectations. The morning team always greets us cheerfully, but not a word was spoken to us initially, and, we were the only ones in the restaurant. We placed our order and sat. We watched people behind us get their orders ahead of ours. After 20 minutes, my husband went to the counter to check in our order. The front person said the guys in back were confused and within 5 to 10 minutes, we had our meal. However, there was confusion again on what burgers were ordered, so they remade the burgers for us again, this time getting it right. There was no apologies for the errors and there was very little communication between the front and the back, even when drive-thru got busy. We know this is a stressful season, getting aggravated at the staff would have solved nothing except make them miserable too. We never received a receipt, so we didn't have...

have never had a problem with this location until this occurrence, literally only used the bathroom for about 5 minutes and came out to hear my elderly mother being kicked out by a pink haired manager for loitering we were causing no problems and it’s not like we were there longer than 10 minutes also planned to grab food but couldn’t because i was paying and my mother wasn’t … i was so confused because we’ve never had anything happen like this and we’ve been to this location a few times? she called the police on us as well when i just wanted to get to the bottom of the situation…..really hope she’s dealt with accordingly, i work in service and couldn’t imagine treating customers so nasty like she did us, absolutely ridiculous hope she is...

Worst service I have ever experienced at a Hardees. I pulled up around 3:55pm 02-28-25. The employee working, (Adam is what shows on the receipt) seemed noticeably annoyed that they had customers at a place of business. When I pulled up to the window I had asked for a couple honey mustards. The employee rolled his eyes and said yeah. I get my food only to find out my order was wrong. I had ordered a large Double combo and a side of large fries. I got a small drink, large fries and the burger I had ordered. The employee didn’t even verify my order at the drive thru to ensure he got it correct which would have went a long way and would have avoided this entire review. I won’t be returning to...
