McDonald's — Restaurant in Topeka

This specific location in Topeka is the WORST!! TYPICALLY I avoid it at all costs. I will go out of my way to drive to a different location, even if it's farther. But today, I had no extra time and had to stop at this location as it was on my way home. Every time I've been through this drove through I am told to pull up to park and wait for my food. I thought since today I was only getting a chicken nugget meal and happy meal and there was no line in the frive though, I'll just cave in and stop there. Wrong. Even though there was noone else in the drive through behind me, and my order was pretty minimal, I was still told to pull up and park and wait for my food. How does that make sense? What happened to this being a drive through and using the drive through window. I have seen this location hand the wrong food to other cars and then take it back from them and given to other customers. I absolutely hate it and don't understand why they continue to do this. I have voiced my concern to the manager before during a previous visit when i had to wait for over 20 minutes because they gave my food to someone else and had to remake it. It doesn't make sense. On top of that my fries were dumped upside down in the bag. If I'm told to pull up and wait then can we at least take the extra second to place the food in without throwing it?...

Let me start off by saying I understand that it is more often than not that a bad review is given, I would say it’s human nature for people to complain before giving praise but today I want to make it abundantly clear that I believe praise and recognition is deserved by Alisha. I would like to provide context on why I feel this way by explaining how I walked in with my heart set on a very specific order, and when I couldn’t order a McFlurry with my large french fry no salt it did immediately leave a feeling of despair. I have never been one to get excited for much but today after a tough day at work the idea of this quick yet sufficient meal to bring me down to earth completely filled me with joy. Now to make it up to me she didn’t hesitate to ask if I possibly wanted a frappe to make me feel okay with the way it had all played out up to that point and I accepted it and gave my thanks and appreciation for her being a very professional and understanding leader, the demeanor of Alisha was wonderful and I would like to thank her again for making me smile and ensuring that I would leave...

I've been to this location about 3 times recently and all three times were non-peak times, and the quality of food I got all three times was lackluster at best. I used the drive thru all 3 times and the wait time was terrible as well. One time I ordered the fish filet meal with an extra fish filet, add extra tartar sauce on both filet sandwiches. I had to wait about 7 minutes cause they had to make more fish filet patties, and when I got my order, one of the sandwiches taste and felt like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for too lon . The bun was hard and the filet wasn't even hit anymore. The second time I went, I ordered four cheeseburgers no pickle add mayo, and the burgers were thrown together with mayo all over the inside of the wrapper and cheeseburger, as if the person preparing them didn't care at all. I won't be returning to this location anytime soon, and I can't believe that they are so busy considering how slow the service is, how bad the quality of food they put out is, and how careless the cooks are when...
