What a welcome, refreshing experience, compared to the disgusting experiences customer-service wise, we get from McDonald’s, Burger King, and the worst one around here, Popeyes chicken. Obviously speed of service and taste and prices are important, but just the most basic common courtesy aspects of greeting people with a smile and saying hello and saying please and thank you are so important and you never, ever get that at McDonald’s, BK or Popeyes. Then you couple that with the huge amount of menu options and they even serve alcohol! I don’t drink anymore, but back in the day this would’ve been awesome. And the food itself is not bad at all, better than the aforementioned, fast food places, and the prices are not bad at all, either, so this particular location, being close to where I live and work, is one that I frequent quite often, and I am always greeted with a smile and excellent customer service, so thank you to all of you at this particular location for working so hard and doing such a...

I get excited about trying items that I see on a commercial... It is often a treat to enjoy something you may not have available in a state in which you actually reside! The young lady taking the order over the intercom was very polite and attentive when not only taking the order, but also updating items that were not correct on the screen. UPON arriving at the window the same young lady was even more polite and professional while repeating the order, accepting /processing payment & politely directing me to park in front of the building as the pecan pie dessert I ordered was being made fresh! She even delivered it to the vehicle with an exuberance that made the visit almost perfect! My 5 Star rating went down to 4 stars when the heavy set male who had delivered food to the car ahead of us STOPPED to take a few puffs from a vaping device prior to re-entering the building! HORRIBLE SHAKES! My wife and I had a takeout order from this location on Monday, Dec. 6th. She ordered a chocolate shake, and I had a (supposed) strawberry and banana. After two sips, we poured them both out because they did not taste anything like the flavor we ordered. My strawberry banana shake, in my opinion, must have been made with a flavor-free ice cream substitute. I noticed miniscule red dots that may have been identifiable as strawberry (if examined under an electron microscope). There was no discernable banana flavor. The flavorless ice cream substitute must have had some sort of funky tasting vanilla flavoring to taste that bad. When contacted, the manager stated that she could send us a gift card. We informed her that we were from out of town, and did not have a local Spangles. She stated that she could not offer a cash refund "since we get a lot of this". I wonder why? We won't EVER be back as this is the WORST strawberry banana shake...
