I had a wonderful time at the cat café! I honestly didn’t know what to expect, but I was blown away by how peaceful, relaxing, and clean the entire space was. The moment I walked in, it smelled fresh and inviting—such a lovely environment to spend time in.

The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions with such care and compassion. You can truly see how much they love and care for the cats.

And the cats—oh, the cats! Every single one was healthy, happy, clean, and clearly well cared for. I absolutely fell in love with all of them. If I could have, I would’ve taken them all home!

I’m hoping to adopt two of these sweet kittens, and part of what gives me so much peace about that is knowing their full history and the incredible care they’ve received. It’s clear this place is doing everything right.

To have a gem like this right here in Topeka, Kansas, is such a gift. I’m so grateful for the experience and the love that goes into this café. Thank you for everything—you’ve made a forever...

We drove an hour and a half to see two kittens that we had put in an application to adopt. They refused to tell us if we got approved while we were there but it was very obvious (as they kept pushing a “second choice”) they had already chosen the lucky person who got to adopt them and it wasn’t us. We had to call them to find out since we never received an email or anything. They just wanted our money for the cat visit. Very sad.

Update We’ve received a call from Topeka Cat Cafe. They let us know that “Team Kitten” made the decision on who got approved for the two kittens. I don’t know who Team Kitten is and how they make their decisions but we were assured that people who don’t pay to visit the cats, don’t get chosen. Which further explains why they wait until the end of the week to tell you their decision, so that they can continue getting money from the people who think they’re visiting the kitten...

I am new in town and wanted to interact with some kitties. I lost my last cat so I have a hole in my heart at the moment. I went to Topeka Cat Cafe and hot acclimated on how they work and played with 5-6 cats for my 50 minute experience.

The staff was so friendly and answered any questions I had. Of course, they had to do a little advertising for the cats to be adopted, but it was not over whelming, which I appreciated.

Overall I have a great time, the kitties are adorable and the staff was great. I have already booked my next visit (I have to finish moving into my new home first) before actually consider adopting my next cat (I checked and the adoption prices are very reasonable).
