After I paid for my order they told me that it would take about 25 minutes. I should have asked for a refund. After about 35 minutes I heard numbers higher than mine and I asked for a status, somehow they had given my food to another order. Again, I should have asked for a refund. It still took 15 minutes to get my food. With at least 5 people on staff they only served about 30 numbers during the nearly 1 hour window I spent getting a burger and fries. The burger was good enough, the ambiance is on the beach, but the service was abysmal. I hope they figure it out and make a go of it, but do not go if you have less than an hour to wait...
