I initially visited the Marcus Medical Spa because I wanted to give Dysport another try after experiencing middling results at a dermatologist’s office. I felt that I might get better results having it done by a highly rated plastic surgeon. And was I right, as not only is Dr. Marcus knowledgeable, but he has a keen eye for aesthetics.

On my first visit Dr. Marcus spoke with me about what I would like to accomplish in the looks department, and after listening to my concerns gave me several suggestions. The suggestions he gave were ones that he felt would provide the most natural results, which I appreciated greatly as I just wanted to turn the clock back a bit but still look like myself. And that’s what I got with that first visit and all of my visits since.

As I’m quite wary of having anything done (lasers, injectables, fillers, etc.) Dr. Marcus has baby-stepped me to a refreshed look over the past couple of years. Since that first visit I have gone back for additional Dysport and IPL treatments, and we are making plans for additional treatments in the future, as I grow more comfortable with having procedures done. On that note, Dr. Marcus is very personable and caring; he walks me through what he’s doing and checks that I am as comfortable as possible during all phases of treatment.

I also want to give props to the awesome staff that works for Dr. Marcus. The front office ladies are pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable about the work Dr. Marcus and his staff perform. The aestheticians, RNs, PAs – these are highly qualified professionals who know what they’re doing.

And my review would not be complete if I didn’t give a special shout out to Sheila, my aesthetician at Marcus Medical Spa. I went from someone who rarely had facials (and you could tell by looking at my skin) to a regular visitor. Sheila is another extremely talented member of Dr. Marcus’ staff. Her caring demeanor and attention to what my specific skin type needs is the reason I keep going back. She has made my skin so much healthier and beautiful that I can’t thank her enough!

Came to this office for laser hair removal. I had already had treatments 20 years ago elsewhere so I have experience with what it is and how it works. My provider who did the work was very nice and gave me the dignity and respect that I expected. But the rest of the staff, and Dr. MARCUS himself, gave me a cold feeling that was rather racist in nature.

Well I'm sorry but that kind of attitude in this competitive environment doesn't work with me and other customers must be warned. We work hard for our money and providing patronage is a blessing to a business and must be treated with utmost courtesy and respect...In addition after two treatments, the results are negative. They didn't work. As I've said I have experience with this treatment so I know what to expect. Marcus needs to do alot to win back my trust and a positive review... Dated February 5, 2020

As I had previously stated before that it would take a sincere effort on the part of a business to win back my trust and patronage. An olive branch was extended and the business replied back to me with a favorable result which in compliance with Health information privacy, I will not discuss in public.

A sincere discussion took place and the business went far and beyond the effort to correct the deficiency. I am now more than satisfied and would highly recommend Marcus Medical Spa as a professional establishment that can be trusted to adhere to high standards expected by the public for the type of work that they practice in aesthetics. The first time I walked into Aesthetic Edge I felt at ease. I needed Dysport & since my facelift about 5 yrs ago, I've had "hallow-like" things in my cheeks. I'd went to other Drs.....well, enough said. Two apppointments with Dr.Marcus & I have normal cheeks! Yippee! The staff is awesome & friendly yet professional. They are also very knowledgeable about the products the office sells. The interior of the office is relaxing and very clean. I don't think I've ever waited more than 5 minutes before I was taken back to see the Dr. Marcus. About Dr. Marcus. He is fantastic! He's very knowledgeable, calm, polite, thorough, honest and professional. I'm impressed that he always explains everything to me. And, he's nice! I haven't had a facial yet but I'd heard the young lady is fabulous! I met her last week & talked with her & can't wait to make an appointment! I have finally found my one-stop-shop for all my cosmetic needs! I'm so happy! Thank you...
